We’ve stayed here twice now and it is just excellent. My wife and I are golfers and the nearby Buenavista course, designed by Seve, is fabulous on a stunning location 10 minutes from the hotel in Los Silos. There were quite a few hikers staying also. Warm and amusing reception from Alonso. This time we stayed half board for four nights which included a three course meal each evening. The food is good and the service is top notch. The staff are the happiest bunch I’ve seen in a long time - which says a lot for the management of the hotel. Our room was comfortable as was the bed. Great swimming pool which my wife did her laps in each morning. I hope we get back. Ray Stewart

only for people with good mobility. Our first issue was the climb to our room, 95 steps, which is the equivalent of 7 floors. Yes our bags were delivered but we still had to do the climb every time we came back to the hotel (only 60 steps from the restaurant & pool). The room was great, the pool is great, the gardens are great, but to be blunt it's very dull. No kind of entertainment at all. No English TV channels, yet there are at least 6 German channels. But the biggest gripe for me was the bar being closed in the evening. The publicity photos show a welcoming friendly bar to enjoy a drink after dinner, but it was closed. I asked the waiter if it was going to open, 'no' his one word answer. 'Never?' I asked, 'no' his complete response. On our way out we mentioned it to the man on reception, and he said it should be open, and started to phone someone. But we asked him not to bother, who wants to go in an empty bar that they've had to open specially. However there is a friendly locals bar 200m up the road, so not a complete disaster. Cocktails by the pool were delicious but €7.50 each, bottled water is extortionate at €3.30. Breakfast is OK but again geared to Germans, so don't expect a full English. Eggs 4 ways (boiled 5 mins, 8 mins, fried and scrambled) but no bacon or beans etc. In summary, a decent hotel, catering to Spanish and Germans guests with good mobility. Think twice if you want a more 'fun' hotel, and definitely not child friendly (no kids pool, no swings or playthings etc)

Ein ganz wunderbares Hotel weit ab von jeglichem Tourismustrubel. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um im Tenno-Gebirge aber auch andernorts zu wandern. Man braucht, wie fast überall auf der Insel, ein eigenes Auto, Parkplätze dafür sind tatsächlich sehr ausreichend vorhanden, es gibt sogar ein eigenes kostenfreies Parkhaus. Und wenn man mal nicht wandert, kann man sich vorzüglich am Pool vergnügen. Es kommt sogar gelegentlich der Service und fragt nach Getränkewünschen. Tatsächlich ist die Belegschaft ganz außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Fitness-Studio ist überschaubar, aber es ist eigentlich alles da, was das Fitnessherz begehrt, ist vielleicht auch nicht so das Klientel, was dort untergebracht ist, ich war immer der Einzige. Auch die Sauna ist ganz toll. Ein kleines Mini-Aber möchte ich noch loswerden, was sich aber nicht in der Bewertung wiederspiegelt. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte ein kleinwenig mehr Abwechslung vertragen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig am Rande eines kleinen Ortes unweit der Küste. Für Badeurlaub ist das Hotel allerdings weniger geeignet. Die Gäste sind weit überwiegend Deutsche, die zum Wandern dorthin gereist sind. Es bietet sich an, einen Mietwagen zu buchen, obwohl man auch mit dem Bus (nächste Haltestelle mind. 15 Min. Fußweg) interessante Ausgangspunkte im Tenno-Gebirge oder andere interessante Orte erreichen kann. Auch vom Hotel aus werden organisierte (kostenpflichtige) geführte Wanderungen angeboten. Hervorzuheben sind die ausgezeichnete Küche (Frühstücksbuffet, Abendessen wird serviert, Menue-Wahl), der außergewöhnlich große, beheizte Pool und das sehr freundliche , hilfsbereite Personal, Die Zimmer sind geräumig und verfügen über Balkon/Terrasse sowie eine Kitchenette incl. Gläser und Geschirr. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Hotel ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Norden von Teneriffa. An der Rezeption gibt es immer Tipps und Tourvorschläge. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine tollen Pool. Die Zimmer haben einen Balkon oder Terrasse und verfügen sogar über eine kleine Küche. Der Service ist top und sehr freundlich. Das Personal spricht deutsch. Das Restaurant bietet Speisen auf hohem Niveau. Wir haben hier rundum gelunge Tage verbracht.

Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage, die durch den terrassenförmigen Aufbau sehr weitläufig wirkt. Jedes Zimmer hat seinen eigenen Eingang, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und mit Balkon oder Terrasse, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Der Salzwasserpool ist solarbeheizt und hübsch angelegt, mit Blick aufs Meer. Im Lokal kann man sowohl überdacht draußen sitzen, als auch an kühleren Tagen drinnen. Das Essen ist hervorragend, immer extrem liebevoll angerichtet in ausreichend großen Portionen. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es einheimische Küche gibt und man täglich zwischen Fleisch, Fisch und vegetarisch wählen kann. Das Frühstück ist äußerst reichhaltig, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der unglaublich freundliche und herzliche Service überall im Hotel. Es wird hervorragend Deutsch gesprochen. Die Lage des Hotels empfiehlt einen Mietwagen. Das Meer ist fußläufig erreichbar und man kann dort kilometerlangen Strandwanderungen unternehmen. Für mich ein extra zu erwähnendes Highlight sind die Matratzen, die ungewöhnlich gut waren.

Das kleine, ruhige Hotel hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und die kleine Küchennische ein echter Gewinn um sich Proviant für Wanderung vorzubereiten oder auch am Nachmittag einen Kaffee oder Tee zu machen. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Essen lecker, wertig und ausreichend. Die Pool Anlage war nie überfüllt, es waren immer Liegen und Schirme frei. Für unseren Mietwagen haben wir immer einen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel gefunden. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Personal, vom Empfang übers Restaurant bis hin zu den Reinigungsfeen und den Hausmeistern - allen hatten offensichtlich Spaß bei der Arbeit und waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder.

Très bon accueil, hôtel chaleureux et bien entretenu. On dirait un petit village. L’accès aux différents services se font facilement. Le sauna vaut le détour, la piscine est agréable (bien qu’un peu fraîche mais ça fait du bien !) Côté restauration, rien à redire, les menus du jours proposent des plats de qualité et très bons en plus d’être bien présentés ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Estuvimos de vacaciones por Tenerife durante el puente de todos los Santos y mientras visitábamos la conocida como isla baja topamos con este hotel y vimos que tenía un restaurante al cual se podía entrar sin tener que estar hospedado en dicho hotel. Decidimos entrar a cenar ya que se nos hacía tarde para llegar a nuestro hotel que estaba ubicado en zona sur. El personal de sala muy amable, aunque había uno de los camareros que echaba un tufo a perfume que tiraba para detrás y era incluso hasta molesto y desagradable. Capitulo aparte se merece la comida, sin más. Papas arrugadas con mojos que tenían pinta de ser recalentadas en el microondas y además de llevar hechas varios días. Ceviche de atún, sin más, planísimo, se salvaba por el sorbete de fruta de la pasión. El último plato que pedimos fue una presa ibérica pasadísima del punto que pedimos aunque decidimos comerla ya que era un poco tarde y no fastidiar a la cocina. Con tal desilusión ni postre pedimos. La carta de vinos, que tanto a mi pareja como yo, nos encanta, nos pareció pobre y con un personal el cual por lo que vi no sabía del tema. Ni volvería ni lo recomendaría.
