La Palma is an island that offers all its splendour at any time of the year. But several years ago, due to the volcanic eruption, the Puerto Naos area (an essential summer visit) was closed. Fortunately, activity is recovering and it has been sensational to return there and enjoy a renovated hotel with a team that is clearly excited and eager to work after a break imposed by nature. The Sol hotel is being renovated in sections and will soon form part of the Meliá chain. The efforts of its staff to provide an extra quality are noticeable. We have felt very well looked after. Thanks to Yeray, the reception staff and the entertainment team. All splendid. We will return.
