Please be aware with this hotel! They publish reservations with free cancellation and then, if you cancel, they charge you the entire reservation! Even canceling many weeks before!. Definitely not fair play..

The room is very well decorated and very confortable, and the hotel is very well located: Puerto Manzano is a quiet and relaxing place, excellent to reach the lake's beach or the "muelle viejo" by walking. It is also easy to reach the "sendero Rio Bonito" by walking from the hotel and you won't need to rent a car to stay there as there are plenty of taxis nearby. Our family received a very personal attention from the hotel staff, what made we feel as we were among close friends.

La verdad que fue un acierto elegir VERDE MORADA. Te reciben bien, son educados, cumplen con todo lo pactado, el lugar es inmejorable, las habitaciones ( nos toco MANZANO ) están muy bien. El resto / bar lindo, super bien atendido. Un agradecimiento especial a Sofia ( presente siempre en lo que necesitábamos) Sumo a Paula. Gracias. NOTA: la educación y respeto que hay hacia el pasajero es destacable ( valor en extinción)

Adoramos a Hosteria! Fomos em 3 casais e a opinião de todos foi a mesma, muito bom o serviço entregue! A pousada oferece um ambiente familiar com um ar de chalé que fez bastante sentido na nossa estadia em villa la angostura. O atendimento do Cristian foi muito bom tb e contribuiu com a nossa experiência.

Lugar cálido, atención de primera. La Limpieza del lugar y su ubicación. Las habitaciones completas. Desayuno excelente. El hotel cuenta con restaurant, su menú es variado. Y la comida es riquísima. Lo súper recomiendo!

A metros de Bahía Manzano, enclavado en lugar paradisíaco, con senderos para hacer trekking, es un alojamiento maravilloso. La calidez de los colaboradores del lugar hacen que tu estadía sea fantástica. Nos alojamos en la suite Alerces. Una habitación en dúplex con una vista maravillosa. Divinamente decorada y súper cómoda. El desayuno que ofrecen es súper completo y tienen un servicio de cortesía de cafetería y té las 24.00 hs. El servicio del restaurante es súper recomendable. Si bien tiene una carta acotada, los platos son de primera calidad, así como su presentación. Recalco nuevamente la calidez de los colaboradores. Están siempre a tu disposición. Excelente relación precio-calidad.

Hostería pequeña, muy agradable. Personal muy atento y con muy buena predisposición. Cuenta con restaurant, con platos muy ricos. Desayuno completo, acorde a su categoría. Un entorno espectacular, a mts.del lago . Lo único q me pareció un poco flojo, es la limpieza de las habitaciones. Todo lo demás.....muy bien !!
