We really enjoyed our stay at the Ona. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and well-equipped and the hotel itself was charming. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was good. The heated pool was a nice treat. After a long day of hiking and exploring, it was wonderful to float and relax!

The people in there were really friendly to us. The food was amazing, and the coffee too. The pool is heated and clean. I also really liked the style and architecture of the hotel. A hug to both Pablos, Nico and Matteo. I loved it and will come back.

The apartment is comfortable, with everything you need for your stay. The pool has an adequate temperature and is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., with free access. The spa has an additional cost and for the gym you have to notify reception if you are going to use it. Breakfast is complete and very rich. The reception service is excellent. The "Pablo's" are very friendly and give you all the information you need to walk, go out to eat or shop. The only negative thing is that the Wifi or network signal is not very good there. So it's the perfect excuse to stay connected!

Apart from the reception service which is very good, the rest is terrible! There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, but the one at reception doesn't work either, we were unable to communicate because the hotel is far from everything and our network didn't work either. The rooms need renovation, flooring is coming off, the bathtub cannot be used because, according to reception, water is leaking in the mini kitchen sink, everything is old and falling apart! The only good thing is the heated pool. Very average breakfast, they said it would start at 8am, but I got there and it was still closed! Not worth the price even thinking about it!

Ona Apart hotel The INTERNET is not working well, it practically does not reach anywhere nor is there a 4G signal. You are completely disconnected. As for the hotel service, it is very good. The attention at reception was super helpful, the facilities were very good and neat. It has parking inside. A small gym and pool. The rooms/apartments have a kitchen with a microwave, two burners and some kitchen items. It has a refrigerator with a freezer. It does NOT have an oven which makes the kitchen not complete. It has a dining table, a mini living room with an armchair and a small TV. The bathroom and bedroom are neat and comfortable. I personally DO NOT recommend it because it does not have internet and nowadays they should clarify that beforehand and because the kitchen does not have an oven. I highlight the attention of the guys at the reception, super attentive in everything and very good vibes. I especially highlight Pablo's attention

Excellent place. Comfortable, comfortable. Pablo, the afternoon receptionist, opened the pool for us even in the rain, always ready to satisfy the client. Super comfortable bed, large bathroom, kitchen fully equipped to be used.

We loved the experience at Ona. It is well maintained, very comfortable bed, good shower. The highlight was the impeccable service, my husband and I felt welcomed from start to finish. There was no time to enjoy the hotel's heated pool and cozy common area. We will be back!
