Hotel is very average and there are much better. The rooms are tired and worn out, kitchens damaged and old, bathrooms the same. Food is dire, smallest selection I have seen and very minimal choice and only warm if it’s just been put out, also no pudding only tinned fruit and ice cream, sometimes a cake cut into a thousand tiny pieces if you’re lucky. Also the first hotel I’ve been to where the cleaners have Wednesday and Thursday off so no service on those days, sofa bed is like lying in a bag of bones and no entertainment and no bar when the pool closes. Pool area is nice and you can usually get a sunbed although you have to pay for umbrella and sunbed cushions (nobody has them). Quite noisy from early in the morning so don’t expect a lie in.

We spent 5 nights in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We found our room clean and tidy. Worth the money we were payed. Each evening different kind of food to eat. Breakfast not surprise, the same every day. The only negative experience we had was the behavior of the lifeguard. He was not particularly interested in the people swimming, he just sat in a cabin where he did not have the entire pool in sight. Very arrogant and rude man!!!

Travelling with two children and two adults with limited mobility. Hotel was very clean and although only one receptionist working most of the time check-in was quick and an explanation of the facilities at the hotel was thorough. I had contacted the hotel to ask if the adults with the limited mobility could have a ground floor room and was given both rooms on the ground floor. This was a great option as the kids could visit the grandparents by going across the pool area, it also meant that we could sit on the patio area if no sun beds were available and watch the kids in the pool. The hotel, rooms and pool area were very clean although there were many tiles missing from the pool floor and walls. The sun beds were available from 10am (usual sun bed queuing for people waiting for them) and put away at the end of the day. The room was large enough for two adults and one or two children (sofa and pull-out bed for the children). Everything in the room was working including a very hot (but very old) shower. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we prefer walking to find different places to eat, however the food did smell nice! The location was excellent with about a five min walk to a lot of eateries / bars and about 10 mins walk to the beachfront. All in all, a very nice stay and we would revisit. Advice to the hotel, refresh to interior of the pool as it’s the only thing stopping a five-star review
