This hotel was absolutely amazing—beautifully designed, with excellent service from start to finish. Communication was so convenient; anything we needed, we could simply message on WhatsApp and get a response within minutes. The staff gave great recommendations for activities and dinner spots in the area.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning water views. I loved that it’s adults-only, which made the atmosphere even more relaxing. The hotel also has its own private beach, accessible by a quick boat ride provided for guests.
The drinks were top-tier, and one evening there was even a DJ on the rooftop, which created such a fun vibe. The food was also a standout—specifically the rooftop burgers, which were honestly some of the best I’ve had in a long time.
We felt completely safe, comfortable, and well taken care of during our stay. I would definitely return and confidently give this hotel a 10/10 across the board!

The service was excellent. The views were great. The rooftop pool and beach club were great. The room was clean and basic. We found the bed extremely hard even with the feather topper. Unfortunately there was construction at the hotel which we were told would not impact our stay but definitely caused a lot of noise in the mornings...banging and constant sanding began quite early in the morning causing us to be up much earlier than we had hoped.

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel.
This time, the largest infinity pool was under maintenance, so I didn't use the jacuzzi at all.
When I first searched for this on Trip.com, if it had appeared somewhere, I would have chosen another day, but I didn't see anything written about it, so I'm very disappointed that I couldn't include it. I went there looking forward to the pool.

The stay was very pleasant, they clean the room twice a day. Very good views, very friendly staff, and the concept of the hotel is very artistic and original.
We didn't try the hotel food, but the tacos that are served outside the hotel from Monday to Saturday are great! I would definitely go back~

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Mantse at the rooftop pool was the best! We also enjoyed the beach club. Convenient location to downtown SJD as well as to many great restaurants like George’s and Flora Farms.

I really enjoyed many of the staff knowing my name. The meticulous landscape, truly beautiful. All staff are so friendly attentive and helpful. Service was absolutely on point. This was the type of hotel I would choose for myself .. I was here for a wedding so this hotel was pre booked.. El Ganzo is a gem
