I booked a room in July for a September stay. Although I planned to go with my girlfriend, I confirmed a booking for 1 vs 2 people. If I had chosen a booking at the time for 2 people, the additional charge would have been $160 USD. Rather than rectify the situation upon arrival, they assure me everything will be fine and urged me to sign multiple documents and enjoy my stay.
Later I find a charge for $1,000 USD. During my stay I went to the front desk to fix the error, but I was informed that $1,000 USD is the price and there’s nothing I could do.
Things like this destroy peoples experiences. Not because of the final price, but because they made me feel like a *****.
I will not be going back unless they resolve this.

The property is outdated. Rooms are fairly clean but old. My partner was constantly bitten by bugs in the bed. The food option is limited and the quality of food is as awful.

So we found a needle and syringe in our bedroom
The pool waiters were not hospitable, even with tipping, it’s as if they are forced to be there

Service and Food was very good, except for the Asian restaurant. Facilities clean, room needed little TLC, however the best part is the friendly and helpful staff.

I choose the property because it was advertise as a VIP property within *******. We didn’t get a room upgrade or any perk. ******* should check if their associates are meeting what they promise.
