The hotel is quite small and appears to be understaffed. The service certainly doesn’t justify the price.
The check-in process was particularly frustrating, as it took a long time and I had to keep asking for updates. When I finally got to my room, it wasn’t the one I was initially promised, and they didn’t inform me of the change until I arrived. (I tipped the staff but he gave me a worse room🤬) I tried to upgrade, but the price they quoted was 7x higher than what the travel agency had offered. When I asked to upgrade through the agency, the hotel claimed there were no rooms available, which I found hard to believe.
On top of that, we had to request a toothbrush 5 times before we finally got one after 4hrs. The food service was also slow, and though the presentation of the dishes was appealing, the taste was disappointing.
The hotel is spread across a large, hot area, almost like a desert, making it uncomfortable to navigate. The only highlight was the golf cart service, which was both efficient and helpful.

Oscar (pool server) and Micheal (dining room server) were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and genuine. Room service staff were also great. Very attentive to quality and care. The staff and service are really exceptional. Management was also very focused on everyone enjoying themselves, and being well taken care of in every way. We will go back.

We loved our stay, thank you! The staff was wonderful, Erik at the pool, Fabian consierge, Oscar, Erick at Saltwater, room service staff, front desk staff .. forgive me if I got some names wrong, there are so many of you that enhanced the overall beauty of our stay.
Room service was always exceptional.
The pool and swim up bar are awesome. The view on the beach and whale watching amazing. It's a visually stunning property! We would love to go back!
Fresh juices at breakfast delicious. The beet hummus toast and egg salad breakfast were so, sooo good!
Dinner at Saltwater was very good. The staff were beautifully accommodating, we had a large group and we were quite enthusiastic. 😊
We took the sunset Arch tour excursion, stunning. Watched the sunset and saw some whale activity.
All around it was a fantastic stay - we had one hiccup the last night but otherwise everything was exceptional. Thank you!! Hope to see you again soon!

A quiet resort on beautifully landscaped grounds. No fights for sunbeds! The all-inclusive option was great: no buffets, all table service, very good food. Beautiful restaurant on the beach. Excellent social activities were offered, including a tequila tasting, a wine and cheese event, and a fiesta night. Our room was huge and spotless, and housekeeping did a great job. Staff were universally great. Highly recommend.

Beautifully appointed with wonderful views & very nicely landscaped. Food & service were good but not exceptional. Happy to stay there again. Well maintained with comfortable sunbeds.
