Esperanza, Auberge Resorts Collection

There is no place better than Esperanza. Before you even know you have a need, it's being met. The best drinks, the best service, the most joy in any hotel employees I've ever seen. I love the options of the resort homes and 3 bedrooms casitas as well. The newly renovated spa is BREATHTAKING. And I thought before it was my favorite spa in the world! Even better now. Would recommend returning time and time again.

This was a special occasion, as it was both our first trip out of the country without our girls and my wife's birthday present. The resort didn't disappoint, to say the least. The room was plenty large for us and had a hot tub on the balcony. Everything else, from the bathroom amenities to the pool, was worthy of the 5-star status. The view was stunning and the staff made us feel welcome from check-in and throughout our stay.

Fantastic stay! The accommodations were lovely, staff friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed the pool, courts, scenic resort restaurants. The grounds were lush and tropical. Everything is well maintained. We can’t wait to go back!

The staff is beyond amazing and the pool staff is over the top amazing! We can’t go anywhere else because Esperanza is amazing . We are going back in 2 months because we love Esperanza so much ! I would recommend Esperanza to anyone and we travel a lot .

The resort, facility, and accommodations were all incredible. The hospitality of the staff from beginning to end was outstanding. Thank you! We were part of the Myers/Nypen wedding, so there were numerous times that we were made to feel extremely special. Additionally, any time we needed anything from concierge, room service, etc. they were extremely helpful and polite. This resort and experience was incredible. We LOVED being greeted with margaritas and a welcome packet. The Bell team was extremely helpful with bags to the room, etc. The room and view were gorgeous. Really appreciate the nice touches of candles lit, little goodies, etc. And when we needed more of anything, they were very helpful. We loved having breakfast on the open patio at Cocina Del Mar. There were some GREAT options on the breakfast buffet, like quesadillas, sopes, and chilaquiles. Chicken quesadilla from in-room dining was amazing. I want one right now. Guacamole at all venues was also incredible.

As usual the entire stay with perfect, from rooms to the pool service. We were with a Wedding Group and they rented out the entire Resort. We spent a lot time with other friends that were also attending and never heard a poor thing said about anyones stay..
