I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by our butler, Clemente. From the very beginning, Clemente displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and warmth, which made our experience truly memorable. When an issue arose in our residence, no matter how minor, Clemente sprang into action immediately and resolved it swiftly and efficiently. He struck the perfect balance between being present and attentive, while still respecting our space and privacy. His constant smile and genuine warmth were much appreciated, and they truly made a difference in our stay. We would consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have Clemente assist us again in the future. Thank you for having such dedicated and talented individuals on your team.

We had a wonderful week at the Residences at Hacienda Encantata! From the moment we were greeted with complimentary cocktails and got checked in. Monse our concierge butler was wonderful from the start! She helped get us settled and into the house, after we enjoyed some lunch and drinks with Isbella on the patio. We enjoyed our golf cart rides with Darryl around the grounds! We also loved being greeted at the Residences gate by Adrian every day!

We were there June21-June28, for our daughters wedding and stayed in one of three residences. We reserved 2 other residences for the wedding party. Daniel Morales was the butler assigned to all of our 3 residences. We all really enjoyed having him as our butler! He was very responsive, attentive, he communicated with us every morning and throughout the day and helped with so many different reservations during the week, always wanting everyone to have the BEST experience. I loved working with him as well!

Our son‘s wedding was held at Hacienda Encantada May 24 of 2025. We were lucky enough to be housed in the residences at a three bedroom home with the fabulous Daniel Morales as our Butler. The property is beautiful. The staff is attentive, the chapel on the top of the cliff spectacular. One thing made our visit go over the top and that was Daniel Morales. He was available to us day and night with a huge smile and an enthusiasm that surpasses anything I have ever seen in a staff member. There were some magical moments for us as a family and Daniel was a part of every one. I see really big things in his future and I hope Hacienda Encantada sees it the same way as I do! Thank you, Daniel for a magical stay. ❤️

Our stay at the Residences surpassed our expectations. The cleanliness of the place, the inviting private pool, the restaurants, security of the place and courtesy shuttles, and the church overlooking the ocean, inside the hotel vicinity is soooo gorgeous! Our butler Daniel M. went above and beyond, making sure we are well taken care of and cater to everything we needed during our stay. When my husband accidentally locked the laundry room, Daniel sent someone to fix it in no time!

This was my fifth trip to the residence with family and friends ! It is my favorite vacation place! The residence we stay in is kept immaculate and the accommodations are great! The grounds are kept clean and attention to the pools/hot tub is tremendous. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Love having a kitchen and washer/dryer for use. The beds and pillows are the best I’ve ever had in all my travels. Guillermo is a great butler and attentive to making sure our stay is always the best! He really goes the extra mile to provide exceptional service and support for dinner reservations and any extra needs at our villa. He is very knowledgeable and helpful with every day checking in on with on a personal visit . He is a genuine asset to the resort and attention to details of the property!

My family and I have been coming to Hacienda Encantada since 2018 now, and we absolutely love it! The entire resort is so clean and well kept. The staff are always super friendly and willing to help out at any moment. A special shoutout to Daniel, who has been our family’s butler the last 2 times we have stayed here. He is absolutely fantastic at his job! He communicates so effectively and is always available to help us during our stay. On top of that, he always has a smile on his face and such a kind and genuine person who makes sure we always have a great stay! We can’t wait for our next trip to Cabo!
