Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos - All Inclusive

The property is pretty but really far from everything. It is such a large property with a lot of traffic through it and it looks tired. walls look dirty, scuffed, scatched etc. The staff is amazing. we were there for 3 nights and the first day we could not get chairs at the main pool. The second day we came down at 10am and something. all was reserved for their members. it was not until I through a fit because you can't really go on the beach so the pool is the only option. I gave the pool guy a $500 persos tip and he was able to get us two chairs. on the 3rd day we came down by 8am and again no chairs by the pool. I gave them $1000 pesos and the service was amazing. We had 4 chairs for our group and the two people uncharge of our chairs went out of there way to make sure we were happy. it took a tip but it made our stay enjoyable and their service great!

Staff was very attentive especially at the Eden pool. Also at Los Gallos restaurant. I like to send a shout out to the best waiter hands down from there his name is Alfonso aka (EL Abuelo) went above and beyond to take care of us.

Keep in mind transportation needs to be sorted out separate from Uber when leaving. They do not allow Uber onto the premise.

A little rock ‘n’ roll mixed with local culture, the staff was there for any thing we needed. Our Butler, Naomi, included extra special touches to help celebrate our companions 10 year wedding anniversary. Food was exceptional and the night club helped dance off what we ate.

Staff was friendly, food was amazing. Loved the catering to kids at every restaurant, beyond amazed at the attention to detail.

The check-in was too long (around 1 hour) and they try to sell us a time share right after. We were still with our luggage, ... The shower was broken and they never repaired it during our stay. There were weddings and we had very loud music from 7pm to more than 11pm. It is also very far from Cabo. I will never go again.

The property is great, the food at the resort isn’t good at all. I believe I had one good meal. If you like to drink , the drinks are great too. My room was nice and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only issue was the guys trying to sell me the Legendary Club package. I just wanted to enjoy my short vacation. I’m not a constant traveler so it was no for me. Besides that it is a great hotel.

The flies were crazy during this time of year! Could barely enjoy a meal outside and somehow we had nats in the shower. Beach access is not something that is prioritized here but there are plenty of pools on property that made up for that. The excursion explanations were vague which lead to a very disappointing experience for us. Also there were not any daily activity schedules. We just happened to find out about shows so only got to see one. Dinning closes at specific times and no irons in room!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Staff was kind; helpful and the drinks/food were delicious. Clean hotel rooms and restaurants. If you are on the fence about going… DO IT! And go see Pablo and Monserrat at the front desk. They are great!
