Facilities a little old, but good for the price, the concierge of the altitude category, terrible, it is not worth paying more to receive nothing extra.

Many waiters, but almost no attention, zero activities, bar closes very early, a lot of noise on certain levels due to the ventilation, the elevator in the altitude tower did not work for 1 day. There are 8 floors.
Buffet always the same thing every day, dinners in restaurants are the same as in the buffet only a la carte and it takes up to 30-1hr waiting even when the place is not full, you have to go to the bottom of the lobby to do reservations for restaurants, with the cocierge in case of altitude, but you never feel that “plus” of extra payment, small rooms more than in the one you see in photos, but they do their job.

Affordable but Compromising Quality
The hotel offers all inclusive, but it comes at the cost of compromised quality. There were no welcome drinks served, and the wait times were disappointing. While the staff were hardworking, some faced language barriers and couldn't communicate effectively in English. Additionally, our room was located in the third building, requiring us to walk half a mile with our luggage to reach the lobby.Overall, I would caution against staying here if you don't want your vacation experience to be spoiled.

Understaffed. The section we stayed in was in need of repair. No real maintenance being done. The staff tried their hardest. Management needs to revamp the check in as well. We were left standing the for well over an hour.

First time here, first day the reception MIA was not friendly or welcoming at all. She argued with my husband on the towel keys in front of all the guests. She DID NOT provide towel keys!! A formal complaint was filed, MIA has no business working first contact with clients, it is clear she does not like her job!
The rest of the stay was great! YOLANDA pool waitress was the best!! Because of Yolanda we will come back to Krystal! Omar, Sergio and Brisa also were great! The service they provided made our stay at Krystal Grand VIP as we like it ;) thank you team see you again soon!! MEOW MEOW!
