When we arrived, nobody assisted us, and we were still carrying our baggage from the airport. There were two entrances: one for the resort and one for the hotel. Thankfully, a vendor pointed us in the right direction. When we got to the reception, the staff took their sweet time assisting us. When we got to our room, the air conditioner was on the floor and there were no outlets. The food was great, though, but overall, our experience was a bit underwhelming.

The dining experience was very welcoming, even a trip down to the café enrico late at night with your friends and family will make you feel at home and comfortable. It has excellent food service, its cuisine served and made by their chef, who delivers delicious dishes, and works around their limits. While both the staff, and the management were both very friendly and accommodating to our needs.
