Me and a Marine Corps buddy of mine came in. Both of us in town for work and catching up. I was staying here at the Fairmont (Century Plaza). Kevin took care if us this eve and I typically do not take time to write reviews like this but I feel cosmically obligated; hear me out: Dear GM/Owner powers that be...The team you have assembled here are ACES. Specifically, Kevin was so professional and personable it was truly was great to come in. With several options around town, I will find it difficult to justify going anywhere else for the next ten days. The menu is phenomenal, the food excellent, and to cap it off the team here is just great to interact with. Please tell Kevin thank you for us and please please appreciate his efforts- truly a rare spirit out here and made the experience worth from start to finish.

For breakfast, you can use the PAD in the room to order the 26% service charge of the room meal, and you can also eat it in the restaurant downstairs. The parking fee is 70 US dollars without the signature of the guest on the day, and the room will not be given in advance until 12 o'clock. Many five-star hotels will give it in advance. In the end, the rooms given were all on the lowest 3rd floor. The bath water was very small. The 2 south-facing rooms were very hot, and the 1 north-facing room was very cold. The aunt who turned down the bed gave her a tip of one dollar and said thank you without even looking at you. I drank one bottle of 2 bottles of water in the room, and usually gave a few more bottles of water after turning down the bed. She just took the remaining bottle and put it on the bed. Side, tidy up the trash and leave.

The style of the old hotel is excellent. The location is average, go to the shopping street for ten minutes. The breakfast room, garden, and lobby are small, but the service is really good, waiting for free drinks, snacks. The rooms are comfortable and beautiful, especially the bathrooms on the peninsula are always so comfortable

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and had very pleasant experience. All staff were helpful and treated us friendly and courteously. Location is conveniently with parking garage and entrance is safe. Our room faced freeway, but it's not noisy. Room was very clean. Free Breakfast was very good. Sausages and bacons were not oily. We were treated well and generously. The welcome snacks and drinks were another lovely surprises. We had a very positive experience in general staying here.

My one bedroom suite exceeded all expectations. It felt like a large apartment with all of the kitchen amenities I would’ve needed. Unfortunately I only stayed two nights, but I could’ve stayed longer. The hotel staff are ultra professional and friendly. It was hot in LA when I was visiting and the air conditioning was perfect. Not loud in the bedroom and just the right temperature for a restful evening. The bed was super comfortable. The shower had great temperature and water pressure. The free ETRO products were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel. The Hotel is in the Westwood neighborhood which has really good food options including tender greens, Noah’s bagels, Starbucks, and Trader Joe’s.

The location is so convenient. The front desk personnel are nice. The housekeeping is not so good. Some towels and shower curtain looked a bit worn. The housekeepers are rude. They come into your room when it is occupied which is not nice at all.

The design of this hotel is more distinctive and unique. The window of the room we stayed in can see very beautiful flower trees. This feature makes us like to open the blinds. There is a small problem that it is relatively close to the building behind, and the staff or other guests of the hotel can pass under the window. Need a little attention, but still very nice window view. The hotel bed is relatively large, the remaining space is not much, the bathroom is relatively small, only a shower, but the supplies are more particular. The hotel can help with parking (more than 40 dollars per night), and the car can also be parked in several parking spaces on the side of the road. During the day, the fee is charged according to the time period. At night, you can park for free overnight, but there are few parking spaces and you need to be lucky. The lobby of the hotel is very warmly decorated, similar to B&B. There is not a lot of food. It is better than the beautiful environment and the sense of French design.

Our family of 5 (two teens and a 9-year-old) stayed here during our 2 days in L.A. Great location - we walked to Century City Mall and could easily drive to all the places we wanted to see. Great staff - friendly, welcoming and helpful. Ray - one of the valets - was especially wonderful. Every time we came and went he gave us tips on places to go, best ways to get there to avoid traffic and favorite restaurants. He went above and beyond.

We booked a 5 night stay on points and extended for an additional 3 nights. There is wonderful Ambassador status recognition and we were thrilled with our upgraded 2 bedroom suite that allowed us to feel very comfortable during our stay. The room used to be dorms so they are laid out more like apartments and spacious. One little detail that was great was there is a square on the shower door that you can turn on the water so the water can get warm and you don't have to risk getting wet! I wish all hotels (and homes) had this! The restaurant for breakfast is outdoors so it during our stay in late April/early May it was chilly most mornings, but they had plenty of heat lamps available. If you are using the $25 credit vouchers per person, per day with elite breakfast amenity know that you will be paying out of pocket as most things are ”LA priced” and you are responsible for taxes and gratuity. The restaurant on the first floor (STK Westwood) is rather fancy but the happy hour drink/food specials are great and worth doing early dinners. It was a little chilly for the pool, but it looked nice. The location notes ”West Beverly Hills” but you are really in Westwood which is a great neighborhood and right by UCLA. You are within walking to distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. The internet was fast and reliable. There was one large table with 4 chairs so we shared that as shared working space. Since we had two bedrooms we could use one of those for when we both had phone calls or zooms.
