I just wanted to start off by saying that Janice Jackson was one of the most helpful polite and professional individuals I've dealt with. She made sure that she took care of all of our needs she was very personable she has excellent customer service and she made sure that staying here with my nine-year-old son which of course was challenging was awesome. We needed to switch rooms because of one of our loud neighbors above us and she made sure that everything was taken care of she was very pleasant and easy to talk to. From the first moment I talked to her I told her I would give her a good review and I had a friend who was a manager at extended stay but I wanted to let you know if you need somewhere to go when you're in Torrance stay here and ask for Janice she's the best. As someone who's a small business owner customer service is what it's all about and making sure that I'm paying it forward is what I'm doing today. God bless you Janice.

Everything is fine, the room is big. The facilities are a bit old, but they are acceptable. The floor is a bit thin and the sound is not good. The sound of the upstairs and downstairs will be heard. Up and down stairs are stairs without elevator

We stayed in the room 103 on the first floor. We heard someone walk in the upstairs but the room was okay quality and relatively cheap in this area. Things we didn’t like are 1) the clogged bathtub; as soon as I took a shower, water level increased in the bathtub, it took a whole night for water to be drained 2) there is only one desk and two chairs in the room. We had to put our stuff on the ground. We also had to arrange the desk and chairs so that we can eat on the table.

The first time I stayed at the motel, the room was ok, but I saw Xiaoqiang, and there was almost no socket to pull out the lights. Don't expect too much breakfast, the Medi general hotel is like that, meat and eggs are all there, but the repetition rate is very high. The change depends mainly on the craftsmanship of making waffles.

Lost torance hotel, marriott's apartment. The hotel is a two-storey villa community. If you live on the first floor, it will be light and the building will be low. It feels very depressed. It’s a bit strange to enter the room, not used to it. The decoration of the apartment, kitchen utensils and tableware are complete, but there is no toothpaste toothbrush slippers, let alone combs. The bathroom sprinklers cannot be taken down and are not convenient to use. Meals, including breakfast, at 6:30 in the morning, many guests go to breakfast at 6:30, everyone can't sleep. We went there for two days, just Monday through Wednesday, the hotel offered dinner for free, but it was a simple fast food category, hamburger, pizza, soda, etc. It was enough to fill the stomach. During the Spring Festival, the hotel is expensive. There are 1200 rooms in this room, and 1800 in Marriott and Hilton. I usually see 1000 in normal times. If I choose again, I will not choose this hotel again.
