During the new crown period, the hotel's meals were basically stopped, but otherwise it was very good.

First time staying here and blown away. From checkin- front desk was super helpful and welcoming making sure we got settled properly which was much appreciated- TC was awesome. Reception area was super posh with fireplace etc. Room was elegant and comfortable with big windows nice bathroom etc. kids loved the tv in the bathtub. Pool was beautiful loved the swan floats and pool staff were lovely and beyond accommodating. Thanks Hannah! Loved just walking the grounds which were California jungle chic. I am so happy they preserved the old world glamor of this hotel, in the best, most modern way. The restaurant is such a special indoor- outdoor setting with booths and trees and fountains. We loved eating here. Kids liked being able to spend time with both parents in a relaxed setting. All in all a great stay and look forward to returning to this special spot solo or with friends.

Best service we have experienced from a hotel in a long time. Jayon checked us in and was extremely professional and personal. Hotel is right off the highway and close to all things Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and the beach. Rooms have been redone and are very classy, sexy, yet not expensive. Very clean and comfortable room. Went to West, the top floor restaurant, and were greeted by Marcello, the host who was outstanding, and very welcoming. Whole staff, not to mention the food, was fabulous! Would stay here again for sure when I return to LA. This was a two night stay that was part of a week long trip down the California coast.

Location is in a easily-missed, secluded location with a nice upper level with a pool and lounge area, separate from front office and rooms.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, the hotel was not big with 25 rooms, but it was free, quiet and comfortable. The bedding is particularly good, super delicate and soft. The layout of the room is reasonable, wooden blinds, tables and chairs, sofas, floor lamp bedside lamps, full-length mirrors, and wall decoration paintings are harmonious and warm. The bathroom is small and clean, the towels are good, the shower head has been used for some years but the water pressure is quite good. There is coffee in the room and free tea coffee fruit at the front desk. The community environment is good, and there are many exquisitely designed villas around. The most important factor in choosing this one is that you can park for free. The front desk also asked if you need to wash the car two nights before leaving the store, saying that it is free. Unfortunately, this trip left early and returned late, and I didn't catch up with this service.
