The HP in Pasadena is beautiful ... more like a Regency, with a spacious, well-appointed lobby and spacious breakfast area. The room was clean & spacious, with a different layout than other HP's ... the bathroom was NOT situated at the foot of the beds where light/noise would bother those sleeping. Location of the hotel was great for our sporting event at the convention center and walkable to Colorado Blvd. shops. Will definitely stay here again!

Clean quiet room, nice pool and hot tub, classic ”pre-COVID” complementary breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, bagels muffins etc. Fitness center was better than most hotels, that even included a rowing machine. Love the Hyatt appreciation of their guests.

This is a new hotel and is beautifully appointed. Nice decor, pretty roof top restaurant and bar with pool and jacuzzi. The staff were very helpful. The only thing is they only clean your room every 3 days but not a big deal really. Many hotels don't have daily service anymore. I will stay there again.

We needed a hotel that was close to the Greek Theater. This was such a convenient location. Lots of great shopping and food were an easy walk. The hotel offers free breakfast which was pretty diverse. There were pastries, eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, and breakfast potatoes. The ease of checking in and out online was great too. The checkout is at 12:00 so we didn’t feel the rush to leave. We would definitely stay again.
