AC Hotel Downtown Los Angeles Reviews

I would never stay there again. While I was taking a shower, cockroaches came out of the drain. The customer service was also very poor, and the front desk girl was incredibly rude. Despite informing them that I was there for work, they placed me next to the exit, resulting in constant door slamming throughout the night. When I went to retrieve my car from valet, they informed me that I wasn't the only one who had experienced cockroaches in the room, and that I was right to have checked out early. I highly advise against booking this hotel, as they clearly have a serious pest infestation problem!! .

The hotel has luxury standards, complete equipment, beautiful environment, service concept and integrity management. It is convenient to watch basketball games in the NBA, and is close to the nearest stadium.

Check out its lounge, HOLLYWOOD sign is just right in front of our eyes. Decent room and cozy.

Pretty clean, but charges a mandatory $30 for daily food & beverage credit, doesn’t roll over, so if you don’t use it in one day, it doesn’t add up to the next day.

Everything else is good. It's very close to the arena. After paying with Ctrip, I was charged an extra $35 per room per night. I can't tell why I was charged because I had a deposit, so I was forced to charge it.

Because I came to Los Angeles to watch football, this hotel is very close to Staples and has convenient transportation. The subway station is right outside. The only drawback is that the room is very small.

The room is relatively small and comfortable, but the shower gel in the room ran out and was not replenished in time. The lobby is on the highest floor and the view is okay. You can have a panoramic view of Los Angeles city. There is an outdoor bar on the lobby level with heating lights in winter, so you can take photos of the night view. The waffles for breakfast were delicious, crispy and punchy. The check-in instructions given when checking in stated that there are 30 credits per day, remember to use it, and it cannot be used on the day of departure, so it will be counted from the day of check-in~ Friendly reminder: Remember to check the water bill carefully to see if there are any duplicate taxes and fees when booking with Ctrip😃

Opposite the Los Angeles Lakers home stadium, it is very convenient to watch the game at night. The front desk is on the 30th floor. You can take a look at the scenery while waiting to check in and start a wonderful accommodation experience.

The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to the Staples Center. The room is a bit small, and parking is limited to valet parking.

The hotel is very new and you can watch the concert right across the street. It’s so convenient.

The room is okay. Parking is more expensive. There is also a terminal fee of 30 dollars. It can only be consumed in the on-site restaurant.
