FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! THE AIR CONDITIONING DID NOT WORK FOR OUR ENTIRE STAY!! NO APOLOGY FROM MANAGEMENT!! NO COMPENSATION OFFERED!! UNPROFESSIONAL & UNFAIR!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid this property call 900 apartments very poorly managed TV not working bed is cheap and no tools for kitchen and bad customer service cheap ikea baby tools in kitchen. Location is also very bad neighbourhood you can’t walk after 7pm no near restaurant or shops

My family and I stayed in 638 apartment for 5 nights (from 9th to 14th August). I presented a complaint. The last two days we didn't have AC in our apartment, even after calling maintenance (Mark). He said he would come over to check it out, but we came back the AC wasn't still working. Our two last nights were unbearable and we had to sleep with the windows opened with such heat and noise from the street. I am hoping for a compensation for the inconveniences. I copy the answer to my complaint: "We understand your frustration and disappointment with the circumstances you experienced during your stay. However, after careful consideration, we are unable to offer compensation for the issue with the air conditioning. We're sorry. Thank you!".

This was a *********** booking and most Thuringia were terrible. Firstly my grandmother was brought to hospice for her end of life and they refused to refund me even though my request came just 2 days after deadline. On checkin you have multiple people to deal with, no one answers phone, and text messaging is slow to respond with poor communication. Checkin was at 4:30pm was hours delayed and when we did arrive they said there were people ahead of us even though we had been waiting since 10am. While we waited a homeless man ran naked across the courtyard screening. The area is horribly unsafe and dirty. When we finally got a room, the internet was broken, the bathtub did not drain , then the dishwasher broke. These guys are a developer who are trying to make money as short term lets as no one will rent in that building is our guess. Skip this place.
