I had one of the worst experiences of my life with this hotel company. I had booked a trip back in November and let me just say that I was there for approximately 5 minutes and left. I refuse to believe that a health department examines this place. I will begin by saying the pictures that are listed on the website look nothing like the real thing. This place is dirty and poorly maintained. When I walked into my "Non-Smoking" the first thing I noticed was how it reeked of smoke. It smelled like if someone had been lighting a cigarette there every day since it opened. The second thing I noticed was that the walls were simply just dirty. You were able to see shoe marks and handprints. Now what completely blew my mind was the fact that the sheets were STAINED. This was just simply unacceptable. I left the room immediately and I headed over to talk to the receptionist. He offered me a second room and I told him that I would take a look at it but I did not feel safe staying in this unsanitary hotel. As we walked to the second room we passed by what they called a kitchen. I could not believe my eyes, this was the most filthy thing I've ever seen. I was in shock with how poorly maintained this hotel is and the fact that it is still open for buisness. I told the receptionist that I had seen enough and I wanted a refund. He proceed to tell me that he would not give me a refund because I had already checked in and there was a no refund policy. I was so upset, i went back and forth with the receptionist and he told me to contact the booking company which i had booked the trip on. Which happens to be trip.com. I contacted them and everyone was really friend but I was told that the hotel would not give me a refund due to again the no refund policy. I completely understand the no refund means no refund but in this scenario you would think that such policy would be voided once basic CDC sanitary precautions are not followed. I wish I would have taken more pictures of this place. All I got were the pictures of the stained sheets, which should be enough for no one to want to stay there.
