The Hyatt Place LAX was really nice. The room had a king bed and bathtub, which was really nice. The room also had very high ceilings which I liked.
The check-in process was smooth, and I didn't have any problems with the staff. The parking was right next to the hotel, it was a safe and nice place to park. You did have to pay for the parking for a fee.
I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Los Angeles. I would definitely book again if I had the chance.

My flight arrived just past mdnight and I stayed overnight at this hotel and moved to Torrance before noon to be closer to friends and family. I took the hotel shuttle from the airport, and the driver was very helpful. I noticed other shuttle drivers mainly waited in the driver's seat for you to board, but this driver helped me with my luggage at the airport, and at the hotel.
The hotel had old-fashioned decor, but was otherwise comfortable. Wifi was good, but I only used it to check emails. The lobby had a nice work area to sit in while I waited for my friend to pick me up, but you can't be picked up from there. My friend drove around while I figured how to get to her, and ended up meeting at the driveway of the Marriott behind this Hyatt Place.

Hotel people are so rude and racism was all over that hotel and their people, the vent was not working- we were there for our anniversary but its was an awful experience.

everything is good. unless I have waited their shuttle for an hour at the airport ! （it is in the afternoon time ard 1pm）and the bus missed me, it left. I decided not to wait for another (which maybe another hour) so a local taught me just take to the laxit and then walk there for 15 mins. You will doubt yourself when you see many marriot hilton other shuttles passing by but not yours. :)

Hotel is close to car rental areas,very convenient. Room size is good and from the window can see the planes descending to land.
