I loved the location so close to the airport after a long flight from China. The breakfast buffet was also very nice. The staff let us stay an hour past our regular check in time with no charge, which was also great service!

High ceilings. Windows don't open. Ac and heater lacks power. Although fitness center is good and breakfast is not worth the money

This hotel is a joke. Unprofessional front desk William at checkin and the front desk manager fat manager who clearly lack common sense. Both racist clowns who check in white people immediately and make others wait. Don’t waste your money here if you must stay around LAX. All the airport hotels are practically next to one another plenty of better options.

Definitely will be back. I love this hotel so much
Room and other facilities are perfect, especially breakfast. It was amazing, served with Western style and plenty of choices
Service for breakfast was friendly, really served with kind heart
Shuttle bus service is excellent, I am so sad the next day didn't meet the driver who was very helpful , I still owed him a tips, which I plan to pass to him but he didn't show up the next day
I feel so sorry
The receptionist is always very busy , so it's takes quite a while for check out
But overall, I love it
