Very unhappy I lost my debit card with the chip because that's the only card they will take for deposit. And they refuse to ok a refund back for my room because they said it was non-refundable so I payed for a room that I couldn't stay in because I lost my card with the chip

The clerk entered my card info wrong for the deposit causing my bank to lock it for suspected fraud. Even tho the reservation was fully paid for ahead of arrival online they refused to let me stay and refused a refund or cancellation for the room.

To begin the room was DIRTY...sheets had black dots/bugs all over them...had to sleep fully dressed in clothes as to not touch the sheets. The hotel room next door had a domestic dispute at 2am lost of screaming, yelling and door slamming. There was very limited parking and to make the parking situation worse there was construction going on at the hotel and the construction employees were parking in the lot. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND this hotel to NO one!!

I like the fact that it is quiet, clean, I do not like their parking accessibility. The parking a limited not too convenient.

Nice size room for lounging and relaxing. Working Air Conditioning/ heating with comfy bed. Although I will say my TV wasn’t working but thanks to smart thinking I brought my laptop for their free WiFi.

Great staff, checkin was easy and staaff was friendly and helpfull. Room was clean and comfortable.

Check out was at 11am and we woke up to construction on the roof at 7am. Had to listen to hammering and banging for almost 4 hours

Room was very clean, perfect size, just what I needed at the right price. I will definitely stay there again. The check in window is the only thing that looks low-budget because it’s a plexiglass station like at a check cashing place but that’s not a big deal I guess.

Room was comfortable and everything was clean! Climate control was on point!

Wish the pool was cleaner so we could have used it. Floors in the room seemed pretty dirty too.

Clean property, nice room with updated furniture. Great stay for the price. Would come back again.

There were hairs and stains in the sink and bathtub when we checked in. We checked in late and too tired to change room. The AC is too loud. The coffee maker smelled and need better cleaning.

The hotel is in a nice little corner between some residential homes. The location is surprisingly quiet being that it is close to the freeway. the rooms i stayed in were spacious and had a nice layout. The parking is a bit small but not bad, the person at the front was not rude but i will mention, i don't think they ever made eye contact with me either. with that being said i do recommend staying here, it is in a nice area, small yet you feel like the rooms are from a bigger brand hotel.
