Clean modern hotel . Right at the center of Hollywood , walking distance from attractions and stores. Rooftop bar with pool with a great view. Be aware of parties that last until 2 AM and the music is quite loud and the rooms are not very well isolated.

The location is good which is near to Hollywood. However, there is no public transportation nearby, but the public transportation in LA is bad overall anyway. The room is nice. The bed is super comfy. There is a big screen tv. They even provide eye mask and earplug. The only problem we have is the breakfast. There is not many choices: only one hot item, mini croissants and fruits. They only serve breakfast until 9 am, which is too short for us. Overall it’s a good stay.

Nice location. You’ll get to see the Hollywood sign from the rooftop deck. The concierge during checkin could have been friendlier. It won’t hurt to smile a bit.

Nice boutique hotel with amazing floor to ceiling window views. We could see fireworks outside the window on 4th July, which was a real treat. Room is small but the contemporary design makes up for it. There is a chill bar downstairs with happy hour promotion which was a plus.

They couldn’t help us with anything and the TV was basically unusable, the toilet would not stop flushing and they wouldn’t let us cancel.

Trip. Com pricing is rather misleading there is a lot of hidden cost including ammendities cost at USD36 and valet parking at USD55 per day. The hotel room is tight in space. The club music, road and parking noise at night is noisy and disruptive to sleep. The staff from receptionist to housekeeper has a business like vibes.

The hotel it’s in a great place, and the view from my room was the Hollywood sign, which is super cool. The hotel is in the central location for tourism purposes, didn’t have to waste too much time in traffic. Rooms are a little bit small but very clean and comfortable. The stuff that checked us in was super nice and answered every silly question that we had, and even upgraded us to a higher floor. We decided to have breakfast there, since they gave us the $10 off coupon, but the breakfast was over priced and my friend had to send her eggs back two times until she finally just gave up. The valet parking was very reasonable and did not take a long time every time we needed our car. Overall an excellent stay.

Great Location, super close walking distance to Hollywood Walk of Fame and many attractions. Really clean and very comfortable rooms. The rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant is great! Parking is only street parking unless you pay for valet, but I had no problem finding a parking spot. So happy we found this hotel and we will definitely stay here again.

Stay carefully! The location of this hotel is OK, 10 minutes by taxi from Universal Studios. But there is nothing good to eat in the nearby streets, and there are few people nearby, so it is scary to pass by the ** gathering streets. It takes at least 10~15 minutes by taxi from the real Avenue of Stars (Chinese Theater), and the one nearby is fake. The most important thing is that this hotel will deduct money in various ways. I have paid the room fee in full on Ctrip before checking in, and it is prompted that I only need to pay taxes and fees when I check in. But when I checked in, the front desk deducted the deposit + all room fees and taxes twice, and then deducted the room fee twice every night. After contacting Ctrip customer service, the hotel explained that it was a system problem. I didn’t expect that the room fee would be deducted by mistake the next day, which made people speechless. More than 1,400 US dollars were deducted. Fortunately, Ctrip is willing to communicate and said that it will help recover the overcharged fees, but the refund will take at least one month... Anyway, staying in a hotel abroad, especially in the United States, it is really risky to give them a credit card to deduct the deposit. Choose carefully...
