Sketchy management, upon checking check in the front desk demanded a cash 10.00 payment for key card. No hair dryer which they advertised, two tiny bars of soap and two tiny pkg of shampoo, used toilet paper rolls, no hand towels or face cloths. Only given 3 bath towels. 4 day stay, room was not cleaned, nor bedding or towels exchanged. Room dirty, furniture filthy, nasty smell. Also out of my 4 nights, had to have my key card re activated twice as it wouldn't work. Management not very friendly. Room is way overpriced.

booked a one night stay, could not check due to police blocking off the area, they told me I would not be charged since i was unable. Now two months they charge my card 102.35. They do not pick up the phone, no regular phone line, plus its in the heart of ghetto south central. Very scandalous
