The hotel is overrated. A/C noise sounds like a jet engine inside the room. Room cleaners are dishonest and have pumped empty my wife’s USD200 Clarins body lotion! There was a piece of garbage in the corridor and it was there during my 8 days of stay in the hotel! That means no one was checking the cleanliness of the hotel on a regular basis. Charging USD50 per night for parking is a rip off while the hotel is not at the city centre and there is no other means of transportation. I will not stay there again.

The community around the hotel is clean and safe, the room facilities are complete and comfortable, although the room is not big, the service provided is still good, such as free taxi within 3 kilometers. There are churches and Hammer Museum nearby, and it is not far from Beverly Hills.
