The room is big enough however no curtain was provided for the bathtub. As a result, the washroom will become all wet after shower.
Further, on the last day of my stay, I was going to catch a flight departing at 1900hrs at Terminal 1 LAX, when I returned to the hotel at 1700hrs, I asked the concierge staff when the next airport shuttle would depart, he replied me in 10 mins. At around 1720hrs, I asked him again and stated that I have to catch flight at 1900hrs, he further replied me the shuttle would depart in a few minutes. Finally I chose not to wait and spent $17 to call a lyft which the shuttle subsequently departed at around 1740hrs. Bad service. As there are so many airport hotel, not recommend to choose this airport hotel.

The location is very convenient if you’re wanting to stay near the airport. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay and would go back

The facility was nice, clean and the room was adequate and the bed comfortable. Nice surroundings was restaurant and easy to access.
I enjoyed my stay at the Holidays Inn and will be happy to return.

It was okay, traveling during the holidays so things were very busy which changes the experience. Shuttle took a long time to pick up, and the driver was not very nice or helpful, but the drop of back at the airport the next day was great, supper friendly driver who was quick to help with large bags. Breakfast was not included and to buy breakfast there was really expensive. Starbucks was maybe 5 minutes walk away so I just got breakfast there. One strange thing was that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom so the bathroom was a bit of a mess after taking a shower.

A wide and nice room for my family having many suitcases. There was a plenty of space to place all of them and enough size of beds that made all of us sleep well. The room was clean but one thing to complain is about the TV. It was working fine until 1 AM, but suddenly lost the signal for all channels. I am not sure what happened.
