I had a truly terrible stay at this hotel. I booked the room months in advance and made multiple requests for early check-in since we were arriving early and only planned to stay for about 7 hours before catching a flight. Despite this, the front desk staff was extremely rude and unaccommodating. They ended up charging us an additional $80 just for the early check-in, which felt like a money grab considering our short stay. To make matters worse, the room was incredibly noisy. We couldn’t get any sleep because we could hear constant traffic noise and ambulance sirens the entire time. The windows did nothing to block out the sound. It was one of the most stressful hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Save your money and sanity – look elsewhere.

This was my first stay and the hotel was excellent. The person at reception was very friendly and very helpful, the room was in immaculate condition, The hotel itself is very quiet. Rooms are much quieter, incredibly relaxing. You can sleep so peacefully. There is no noise. Nothing. It's just a first class treatment. I appreciate the service and hope to stay there again.

The hotel was under construction and that was not mentioned on trip.com . Hotel authorities say it’s in Trip.coms website but it was not . The breakfast voucher was not there only a to go bag . I want a full refund on this if I can . Trip.com agreed to refund half of it but so far I didn’t receive any email it’s been 2 weeks as I just came back from my trip . It was very late at night when I had checked in and had no time to go to another hotel . Had a flight to catch in the morning and had a minor with us . It was a horrible experience.

First this hotel is uber a serious renovation since mid year but wasn’t stated on the website, I was meant to pay a hotel deposit of $52 .65 but the receptionist insisted that it was $100 instead and up till now, they’re yet to refund me, breakfast is a paper bag with 1 tiny apple juice and muffin with small bottle water and you’ll have to come pick it up at the reception. No room service except on request. You need towel change? You pick it up at the reception. I had the worst 4 nights there. Room had this mud smell and they couldn’t change the room for us.

Positif - The room was Oke and clean Negatif - The Staff was unhelpful, instructions was not clear, busy talking to each others, show no willingness to help. Got my credit card charges after we check up, no explanation what it for. Breakfast in a paper bag contains tiny muffin, apple, tiny apple juices and little bottle of water.

The hotel was near the airport, but we ended up having to take a cab to the airport after waiting 15 minutes for a late shuttle. Also, we had an earlier flight and breakfast doesn’t start until 7pm.
