No lobby, unsafe surrounding neighborhood

The property is nice. I was not very impressed with the room at $1100 per night. I expected alot nicer. I would not stay there again. The property worth $500-$600 max per night since the hotel does not offer much as far as dinning and things to do.

An excellent property for staying when doing business at the area. Personnel is wonderful, mrs garcia at the concierge was amazing the steak restaurant at the roof top was wonderful

I had a fabulous stay, valat parking was fast and offered water, check in we got champagne and upgraded to a jr suite from a regular room. Free breakfast and added a 100.00 credit for lunch. Also they accommodated my daughters stay as well. the bellmen took us straight up to our room. Room service has good food, service calls was excellent, we had 9 guest come up to our room it was spacious and comfortable. We had a superb time

nice place to stay, great staff, very neat, beddings might have been a bit too soft for our liking (might not be a problem for others), stunning views and facilities.

Property is really nice. Valet parking can get a little backed up - especially at end of day when residents are dropping cars off and valet can't keep up with the volume. Area is OK - LA Live has limited retail and restaurants. Downtown - homeless population is growing

I paid more than other hotels to relax here, but I couldn't sleep because the fire alarm went off after 1 a.m. Also, I was going to sleep before 11 o'clock check-out, but the fire alarm rang again around 7 a.m. and again around 9 a.m. I couldn't sleep at the place where I went to rest and got stressed out. I will complain to the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice, the rooms were beautiful and the location was perfect.
