Big room but bare bones. No kettle and they charge 3USD for a bottle of water. No bottles provided! Ridiculous. Toothbrush and toothpaste (out of a packet) were provided only when I asked, and it was also not in the room. The room cost about 200USD and I guess I will stay somewhere cheaper next time. Location was good but there were so many other hotels with shuttle bus too.

Located at a twenty minute walk from the airport. Stayed here for my layover international flight. Staff was friendly, room was very tidy, but a bit dark. I had to ask for water because there was none. Food at the bar was ehh. All in all a good stay.

On the first day, there was a fat front desk service that was particularly unprofessional. I clearly paid for breakfast, but they insisted that it was not included. They also randomly gave me a room near the elevator, which was very noisy!
On the second day, a new front desk was responsible. They added breakfast to the room card to allow access to the restaurant. Obviously, the quality of service still depends on the person.

H Hotel in Los Angeles is one of the hotels I stayed in quite often during my visit to the United States. This time, we stayed in a suite for two people, which allowed people who snore and those who don't snore to stay separately. It was really great!
