Pros: 1. Location, location, location. It’s in the center of everything. 2. Great bar and socializing area downstairs with a complimentary glass of wine at happy hour. 3. The views from the higher floors are incredible. 4. Comfy beds and room amenities are lovely. 5. The hotel gym has a TON of great equipment. Rogue everything. Best I’ve ever seen, really. 6. Free coffee until 10:30 ish. Nice since the Starbucks down the street has closed. 7. Food portions are generous, and the food is fantastic. 8. The staff especially the front desk staff are very very professional and kind. Cons: 1. The restaurant downstairs is not open until 11 as advertised. They stop cooking early - closer to 10:30. Imagine my and about 5 other parties surprise when coming down to find everything packed away and the grill shut down. Just change the hours to 10:30 so folks aren’t hangry and disappointed. It’s off putting and incongruent with the otherwise welcoming and accommodating services of this hotel. 2. My room’s trash bin had the previous guest’s trash in it. I’ve never had this happen before. Didn’t ruin my stay but eww. 3. The wine list is small and the pours are stingy. Maybe 4 oz. Just something that would make an athlete’s day: Offer a full protein (paleo) meal option or protein shake/smoothie option in the downstairs cooler. This is such a great health-conscious hotel so it would be awesome to have nutrition options to match.

My husband surprised me and bought a series at the Pantages for Mother’s Day. We traveled down south on 4 different occasions: October 2021, December 2021, March 2022 and July 2022. For our first trip we decided to try the W since it was walking distance to both theaters. We never saw a reason to find a different hotel! It is truly beautiful and makes you feel like you are in the heart of Hollywood! The rooms are spacious and clean, the lobby is just fun to hang out in for a cocktail and the rooftop pool is fabulous! The most amazing part of our stays however was the woman/manager behind the front desk, Joyrama, who is every bit her name! Joy is professional, kind, funny and truly went above and beyond for each of our stays. She truly made each of our trips extraordinary, so much so that I actually miss getting to see her. That being said, we are planning another trip and have already booked our stay so I will get to see Joy again in November:). Thank you for all you do for your guests. It is appreciated!

I stayed for 2 nights with my family in a twin room in the ground floor. Parking is free for hotel guests. The room is small. There was a strong smell of unpleasant cleansing material. Bathroom is dull and the sink is outside the bathroom. Cleanliness is not the best thing. A terrible noise of the field- cockroaches in the plants just outside the door of the room all night. TV noise and conversations of guests in the adjacent room could be heard loudly due to the thin walls. Finally, I encountered several weird guest with bizarre behavior that I didn't want my family to witness. Not recommended for family stay with younger or teenager kids

I traveled to Hollywood, Griffith Observatory, Universal Studios, Palmers Market, and various museums. Yes. There is a little distance to the airport. As the price is cheap, the hotel room is a bit cramped if you put the bed and luggage, but I didn't feel the lack of space to rest in bed after traveling. It was a pity that the warm water didn't come out well and the lukewarm water came out. There is a big mart about 5 minutes walk away, which was useful for buying snacks. There is no cooking facility in the room, but there is a microwave and refrigerator. Overall, this is a hostel that was satisfied with the low price and geographical advantages.

Good location, two stops from the Avenue of Stars, 3 stops from Universal Studios. If you don't drive, you can take the subway. One way is 1.75 knives. The accommodation gave us the top room this time, so I felt that the sound insulation was not bad. The key is to park for free, and the price is high. When you check out, the key can be placed directly in the room. Breakfast is eaten in a store separated by two facades. Self-service, things are simple but enough to eat.

It started off kinda rough once I arrived at the hotel, the room keys didn't work, and I was unable to make phone calls from my room. However, after complaining to Brandy and Ossie at the front desk. Things got much better. They went above and beyond to ensure my family was happy. Now the good, the beds, are super comfy, the courtyard rooms are beautiful and sunny with a balcony. The rooms are impeccably clean, a team works together to ensure your room is spotless daily. The shower head is like being at a spa. The restaurant servers are very kind, patient, and pleasant. We ate breakfast there every morning. We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and then we extended our stay for another four days. The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is within walking distance, and the modern design and the rooftop pool are amazing. This is my go-to hotel when in Los Angeles. Thank you again Ossie and Brandy for a fantastic stay. I cannot wait to return. A few tips, add a full-length mirror in the room for the ladies, and maybe a large flat screen TV for sports fans at the restaurant.
