LAX International Airport
Longtime Diamond member here- over 900 Hilton nights. Stayed here the week after the Super Bowl. Hotel had undergone a massive renovation for about a year when it opened a week before. I had stayed there in April 2013. Staff is typical Hilton quality- top drawer. Hotel is clean. Very quiet location but within walking distance of several eateries. So why the 3-stars? Whoever designed this remodel needs to be replaced. 1. Towels are not next to the shower. Better make sure you take the towel and put is next to the shower. Can't put it on the toilet as it is too far away. 2. No recharge or outlets next to the bed. My wife and looked and looked. Want to recharge your phone for the night? You can do it in another section of the room. Oh, let's hope you enjoy getting up out of the bed to answer your phone if it rings while you are asleep! 3. The worst part...... there are sensor lights in the bathroom AND the bed room which CANNOT be de-activated from turning on! The staff even came up and realized they could not be turned off. They do eventually go off after 5 minutes. You can also turn them off by hand- after you get up; but forget about just de-activiting them. Do enjoy waking up to bright light in your room when your companion goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night? Then you'll love this place. No nightlight in the bathroom when the lights are out. That was the easy fix for the bathroom anyway. On top of this, they ran out of waters for the customers. Major props to Maritza for trying her best.

This was absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had at a hotel. While the staff were friendly and the room was clean, the hotel itself should have been closed for my entire stay and I should have been refunded the entire amount. First, the location of the room was absolutely awful. There was no view and absolutely nothing to see. Then there was no hot water and I had to call someone for that. Basic hotel needs are hot water and towels. Then the fitness center was closed due to construction along with most of the second floor. I thought that meant that the crew would be off for the holidays and I would be able to salvage something out of this hotel experience. I was wrong. The construction crew was active and loud as hell during my entire stay. If I have to call the front desk twice and ask them to stop working then the hotel should be closed. Period. There should be no reason for guests to have their experience ruined with the sound of drilling and hammering anywhere near their room. Clearly this hotel does not care about their guests if multiple times I have to call for service and I continue to be ignored. DO NOT stay at this hotel unless you absolutely have to. I would give this hotel 0/5. But the staff and cleanliness move it up to a 1/5. DO. NOT. RECOMMEND. Would honestly have stayed anywhere else and had a better experience.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their incredible hospitality made us feel like valued guests. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The amenities were excellent, but it was the staff's warm and genuine hospitality that truly made our stay unforgettable.

This hotel does not deserve even a one star. I am a Diamond member with Hilton. I have stayed over 50 nights this year so far for work. I have never felt so unwelcomed at check-in as I did from this hotel. I am unfortunately still here because can't change hotels with work. Would never stay here again even if it was free. The place is dirty and very dated nothing like pictures on website. Extremely misleading at best. I asked if they offered any benefits like a room upgrade for diamond members. I was give a rude no after the staff member rolled her eyes. She continued to be rude and disrespectful and acted like she hated guests for bothering her. I asked about the free water as a Hilton Diamond member was told they were out. She proceeded to hand the people behind me water. I just let it go and went to the dungeon they call a room. It smells literally like vomit. I called down to request a room change. Was told they had no rooms available. Mi d you this hotel at like 20 % occupied. I went down stairs requested to speak with a manager. Spoke to Seth Sous who acted like he could care less about anything I had to say. I am shocked how rude this hotels staff are. Never offered to change rooms just anything else and tells me enjoy my stay. This is absolutely the worst guest experience I have ever had. Plenty of other choices. This place will never get my business ever again.
