The European retro style is very warm, and the service staff are very friendly. It's a pity that the hotel where I paid NT$10,000 per night does not have a bathtub...
There is a small fireplace in the room which is a bit cute☺️ The bed is very comfortable and easy to sleep on

What an amazing hotel, it's the closest thing you will get to being taken away to France while in Silicon Valley. The rooms, the food, the service, the location next to downtown Los Altos, the outdoor patio, it is all perfect! It only has a few rooms, so it is very private and quiet despite being in the middle of everything. Only a short drive to Stanford but away from the chaos of the campus.

My husband and I stayed at the gracious Enchanté Hotel earlier this week. It looks exactly as pictured and is well maintained. Everyone, from the receptionists to the restaurant server, was so kind and helpful. We were warmly welcomed with a glass of wine (anything of our choice from the menu). When I was taking two coffees up to our room the next morning, the server thoughtfully followed me to the elevator so she could press the button for me. I had asked for a top-floor room in advance and our request was granted with no caveats. Our room (#38) was well appointed and quiet. The fireplace was easy to turn on/off with a switch. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and modern. I only wish the water pressure in the shower were a bit stronger, but I guess it’s low-flow eco friendly. Overall, we were delighted with our stay and look forward to returning next time we’re in the area.

I stay here monthly. Love the hotel and staff. Always a wonderful stay and best sheets ever!!! Love the location. I’ve recommended this to all my coworkers who travel into Palo Alto and now they love it as well.

I chose this hotel specifically because of the fireplace, which was advertised as a key feature of the room. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the fireplace didn't work. I checked in late, and the staff wasn't able to resolve the issue, possibly due to the late hour. While I understand that things can go wrong, it was disappointing that the main reason I chose this hotel was unavailable and that there wasn't any effort to make up for it. Overall, my experience was less enjoyable than I had hoped.

My experience at this hotel was amazing. I was in town for business, working long days, and it was truly a pleasure to come back "home" to this hotel. The staff made me feel welcomed like a treasured guest. The rooms were beautifully and uniquely decorated. The complimentary glass of wine was so appreciated. I took a salad from the restaurant up to my room. It was ready very quickly and was delicious. The croissants are the best I have had in the states - perfectly flaky. The location is great - Los Altos is adorable.
