Everyone at the hotel were so helpful and kind. Especially Jasmine at the hotel reception was so wonderfully cheerful and lovely, she let us choose our own music to play when we were the only customers in the lobby bar. The hotel breakfast was really delicious and had a lot of options, and it only cost 15e! If you asked, you could also get gluten-free bread. The train station is very close by, so it was easy to get to Basel where we were at the Eurovision Song Contest. My sister and I recommend this hotel, it's really good for the price. A clean, comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. Buffet breakfast with good variety. Within walking distance of the train & tram station/stop. Hotel appeared to be getting renovated - this did not impact our stay negatively in any way.

Totally overpriced, felt like total scam. Had booked a spacious family room, got a regular double. Very old building, no lift. Bathroom has been renovated but obviously by an amateur, not finished. Both windows were broken. Although non smoking room there has been clearly smoked and disguised by refresher spray, ugly smell. Lady at ckeckout was nice though.

Hotel was nice but the carpark was very difficult to find and there was an extra charge for parking which is not mentioned when booking

We liked it. The breakfast time and place was not very clear. In the information of the hotel they told it was in an other hotel at walking distance. But that wasnt true, it was in the same hotel we saw when we left the hotel

there is not so much to do around the area, so a pool/ jacuzzi would be nice. The property was good, and breakfast was also good.
