Enchanting place with wonderful views of the hills and Apennines of the Marche, surrounded by greenery and full of many services, from the comfortable and exclusive spa to the truly exceptional restaurant both for the service and for the quality of the products and the food. Suite with a very nice private terrace, clean and refined, very friendly and helpful staff! We will definitely be back to enjoy the outdoor pool too!

Couple's stay in suite with dinner and couple's spa. Very friendly and helpful service and staff throughout the hotel. Impeccable cuisine! Refined foods and studied combinations are offered, but the dishes are still plentiful, we left the restaurant full to say the least! The spa and massage area is very quiet as it requires reservation and at staggered times, the whole environment remains very quiet and peaceful. Overall it was a relaxing and regenerating weekend, absolutely no negative notes! The location is also perfect because it reflects the spirit of the villa, but still it is located 2 steps from the center of the village. We will definitely be back!!

I stayed with my family at Villa Anitori on Christmas day with lunch. Structure restored and divinely furnished, elegant and modern while maintaining the rustic style of "country" houses. We had the Infinito suite consisting of two bedrooms, large bathroom and megagalactic terrace overlooking the Marche valleys. Spotlessly clean room and excellent supply of body care products, naturally including bathrobes and slippers for all 4. The fantastic Christmas lunch, excellent products well cooked by the chef. Attentive service in an elegant setting with a huge panoramic window. Good breakfast with local products and homemade cakes Well done…. we will be back to try the spa. Thank you and greetings to everyone

I spent a pleasant day in company with my partner in this facility. Also given the Covid period, the spa is in exclusive use for guests. The staff is welcoming and ready to satisfy every need and request. The spa is well looked after, enjoys a panoramic view of the surrounding hills, a large hydromassage pool, emotional showers, sauna and Turkish bath. There is also a relaxation room with sofas, banquet and armchairs to enjoy fresh fruit, tea and infusions.

Beautiful structure but management totally to be reviewed. - Poorly maintained swimming pool, robot cleaner in action during the day, it would be advisable to have it work in the evening/night when there are no people, - bar service not available during the day, unthinkable for a structure that defines itself as a prestige relais, - lunch service not available . They recommend a nearby facility for lunch but without the possibility of having table service, - room ready only from 2.00 pm not earlier - 1 pool towel every 3 days, it would be advisable to at least offer a daily change in a prestige relais, - tidying up and room cleaning only by 11.00 am otherwise no longer available, afternoon turn-down service not available, - from the moment of check-out (10.00 am) it is no longer possible to use the swimming pool, - cold and detached welcome, - excellent chef with good cuisine with local and quality raw materials but table service needs improvement, more attention to the customer is needed, - breakfast needs to be completely revised. Breakfast time to be extended until at least 11.00 as the possibility of lunch is not offered. We stayed at this property for a few days. We stayed in a suite which however had a shower that regularly flooded the bathroom with a door that didn't close, a bar non-existent until 4pm (nothing exists around it, Loro Piceno a ghost town without an open bar, everything closed), a restaurant with 3 à la carte dishes, repetitive and I would even say expensive. The wellness center was nice, but we have stayed in similar facilities with better equipped SPAs. The staff is very kind and helpful, but whoever manages the organization should review several aspects.

We have just stayed for 2 nights at this beautiful place. Enchanting location, competent staff available for every need with great professionalism. Overall excellent, nice place, clean, courteous and helpful masseuses. Spa booked for exclusive use. The only two small flaws: the receptionist who underlined the cost "there is a balance of another 150 euros" (it was a gift that could have been avoided) and I had requested (twice) to exchange the prosecco for a glass of red (they had said yes) and we found ourselves with prosecco. For the rest nothing to say.
