We've been going to Premiere Classe hotels now for years on our way through France, but have decided now that they have had their day. The washing section is much more cramped than their current competitors' and the towel is tiny. While the bed itself is reasonably comfortable, the one pillow they offer is now so thin and so small (half a normal pillow size) that it offers no support at all and makes for an uncomfortable night. While some may say these egg-box hotels are ok for a 1-night stay, I would say they're not if you don't sleep. I'm afraid these hotels are now Derniere Classe. No more, thank you.

It looks terribly run down from the outside & is in desperate need of a refurb to get it back to looking like it used to do…fresh & welcoming. The room itself & the bathroom are very small as all PC’s are BUT they are functional for a night or 2. Very comfy beds with clean & fresh sheets and the bathroom was clean with a fabulous power shower that could take skin off…every PC we have stayed in have all got amazingly comfy beds, clean and fresh sheets and AMAZING showers. The self check in was excellent and very easy to use, it was great because we got there early and reception was closed so we checked in on the machine, got our key and settled into our room.

Room smelt very damp & musty. Room VERY small for 2 people although 3 single beds in room. Bathroom VERY small couldn’t shower. Sink surround VERY badly stained. Loud Delivery @ 4.48am outside my room. Stay Away!

Chambre déplorable et salle Tâche au sol et grosse tache de on ne sais pas quoi sang brûlée ?? Chambre 52. Moisissure. Drap salle et odeur affreuse sur couverture sans housse . 1 serviette et 1 tapis sol pour 3 . SDB limite insalubre et tout es cassé. Pas de nettoyage de chambre après 2 nuits mais par contre une femme de ménage qui frappe et ouvre ta chambre à 9h du mat à ton départ pour la nettoyer alors que l on dormais merveilleux !! Un accueil très long . La personne ne sais même pas le prix chambre ni taxe de séjour. Une machine à café libre service en panne avec les cb et quand tu veux avoir de la monnaie à la réception bah y a personne . Le petit déjeuner pas pris vu le prix y a vraiment pas grand chose à consommer . Environnement très peu fréquentable au vu des gens dans le même étage que nous . Pas vraiment rassurant. En gros très déçu. Vraiment je ne recommande absolument pas et je n y reviendrais pas . Les photos internet sont vraiment contractuelle et ce n es pas du tout la réalité.

Bonjour.cela fait maintenant presque 3 mois que je loge à l'hôtel première classe de lormont. Très bonne accueil du personnels à la réception à chaque fois.agreable , souriante , attentionnée aux exigences diverses demandées et tres bon relationnel clients.chambre toujours propre des l'arrivée que ce soit le couchage comme les équipements. Je reviendrais sans soucis. Je recommande. Merci à toutes l'équipe . Mr goudey Jonathan

J'ai passé un très bon séjour, étape pour un long trajet. Il y un micro-onde et un frigo dans la chambre ce qui est très appréciable ! Petit déjeuner pas très varié mais qui fait le job ! Equipe réception très sympathique et souriante, je reviendrai !
