We chose this hotel as an overnight stay on a longer road trip. It was fine but the room was very small to fit a double bed plus 'loft' area with 2 twin beds. The air circulation was poor and the loft area very warm. Also the A/C struggled and had a constant drip right at the door. We put a cup under it, but eventually just turned it off. Lastly, for some reason we had to pay 'tax' on the breakfast that was included with the price of our room when booking.. Otherwise the stay was adequate to our needs and the staff congenial.

Horrible stay
Inside the rooms have been recently renovated. That was the only good thing at this hotel.
Room was extremely small. They put us outside the patio tables, which at first seemed ok, until 11pm when I of several hotel rooms got loud with yelling, party goes coming and going. Than they spent several hours outside on the patio. Doors slamming and women screaming. This went on until 7am, when we finally said enough and got Ipacked and left..less than 2hrs sleep of and on. Worse hotel booking injabe ever done. Will be seeking a full refund.

We came to bordeux to go to The Weeknd concert and check-in was at 14:00. We had to be at the stadium at 15:00/16:00. We arrive at 14:00 to the hotel and attempted multiple times to pay for the check-in but the machine was no longer working. Contacted someone who works onsight, horrible horrible customer service skills. Told us that the manager will come at 17:00 and we should go and come back at that time. The lady then shouted at me saying to go and come back or cancel my reservation because there was nobody onsight to help. 7 different families were stranded outside in the same situation. Eventually she hung up while I was mid sentence and just stopped answering the phone even when other people tried to call. Told her I was pregnant and I needed the bathroom, she said there's nothing she can do and I should find another toilet to use. Ended up cancelling my reservation and booking at the ACE Hôtel which had much much better hospitality and very close by.

Chambre et hotel très vétustes, la clim ne regule pas, bruyante et trés ancienne... trés déçu par rapport aux autres B&B où nous sommes allés qui sont très bien.

Vieillissant et pas propre.
Hôtel vieillissant, sol de la douche rouillé et chasse d’eau en continue à notre arrivée (réparé par mes soins).
Poubelle non vidée, couche et reste de médicament dans la poubelle !!!
Haut de porte sous le bloc clim affichant de la moisissure de manière importante.
Certain B&B ont fait un vrai pas en avant dans la qualité, pas celui-là.
