Book this hotel while traveling across country. The front desk was not attended, we had to wait to check in for 15 minutes and 5 phone calls later just to get an attendant. The rooms bathroom door would not latch, awkward for all staying. The coffee in the room left a lot to be desired as did the "breakfast" that was boosted on line.

3:00到達前台跟我們說由於沒有人清潔房間加上我們的房間種類只有一間沒有為我們升級，我們等待到接近五點才可以入住，當中並沒有感受到對方的抱歉，只是將理由歸咎於沒有清潔員工，進到房間發現床舖上仍然有狗毛，而且廁所入面的燈泡壞掉，是非常差勁的體驗。
