This place is absolutely amazing. The quality of the service and the facilities. The room was spacious and well equipped. The hotel has a great gym, sauna and steam room. It is clean and modern. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options including fruits and vegetables.

Their hospitality service is outstanding. Every single member of the staff was helpful and kind. The views from the room were amazing and the amenities too. If you are looking for a hotel with Spa and Gym facilities this is the one.

We (3 couples) stayed a few days at this hotel and it was great from the moment we checked in. At the reception when we checked in ( pretty late at night I may add) we were greeted by the bellman, and Carlos at the reception, who said was waiting for us since we had called to inform of our late check in. He was friendly, attentive, informative and even funny. He gave us tips on what to do on our days in Porto and even booked the Hop On Hop Off tour for us; and best of all, he gave us all a coupon to have a port wine at the rooftop, which by the way, it’s beautiful!! Our room was amazing and with a great view, and the service and cleanliness was tops. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto and not wanting to be in the center of all the craziness.
