"1st time staying in this HOP IN hotel. Over my expectation for the price paid.
Corridor: clean, wide, sufficient lighting, peaceful
Room: Spacious enough for 2 and to place big luggage. Very clean and tidy. Has a working area for your laptop. Toilet is also spacious. Just that the aircon is not too cold even set to 16 degree Celsius. Has a small note on bed from the maid that clean and sanitise the room on what has been done for housekeeping.
Lift: A little small for 4-5 pax without luggage
Environment: Quiet, spacious carparking area, breezy as no tall buildings around the hotel.
Highly recommend to stay for such valuable price. Very satisfied with my 1 day stay. I will stay in HOP IN whenever i come to thailand moving forward. Kudos to the staff and management team. keep up with the standard and cleaniness."

"Hotel on the main road There is ample parking. Cleanliness and hospitable staff are very good, but if anyone likes liquid soap, take it by themselves. Unfortunately, there is no water boiler in the room 😊 Overall, it is considered okay."

"The location : depends on where your destination is, for me, I don’t have a comment.
Amenities : I wish they provided more amenities such as shower caps, cotton buds, etc.
Room : It was good, nothing special. Just good. The water heater seems to be broken but it was fine for me. Staff were nice."

"The bedroom has 2 comfortable beds, but some air conditioners are too cold, some hot spots, it is difficult to adjust the air conditioner, and then the breakfast is very little, just a small plate of porridge, 850 baht per room, including breakfast."

"Difficult to find. Even with SATNAV it took us 30 minutes to find. It is near the railway station, but definitely, NOT downtown.
On arrival we were told that the room only slept 2, even though the description says 3. So we had to pay for another room. Why say rooms sleeps 3, when only 2 on arrival?
No credit on my TRIP account! Again the description says Restaurant on site. YES, ONLY breakfast. SO having driven for
6 hours to get there, we had to go out again for a meal. No restaurants in the area, but we found one, 20 minutes away!
The room was very hot on arrival, and although there is an A/C it only works with the key in the slot, so we go out for
dinner, and the A/C goes off and heats up again. Very basic room, although it had a fridge, but no kettle for tea/coffee.
Those are basic essential items! Next, the hotel is NEAR the railway station, and it is on the main Chiang Mai - Bangkok railway line.
In the space of 12 hours, 12 trains passed the hotel, we could see them from the bedroom window. Some were passenger,
but a lot were freight, all through the night! Again in the morning, around 8.00am. The breakfast is basic, as many other guests have
written, but the food was all COLD. Cold fried eggs,cold sausages, cold hash browns! Hot THAI SOUP though. Unfortunately, there were
children's Football teams staying, the restaurant was full, and no seating. We had to request seats in the Meeting room attached!
The food is in containers which should have some form of heater under them, but NO! Toast, butter and jam was excellent with HOT
TEA! The staff are friendly and excellent, and we slept well in the bed. BUT, even by Thailand standards, the hotel is lacking!
Cannot beat the price, and cleanliness!"

The room is cheap, feel safe, there are snacks, water for sale. GGuest UserThe front desk of the hotel is an elderly lady. It is very difficult for her to do things. She can only speak Thai and has difficulty communicating. She also gave us a room on the renovated floor. The one at the end was impossible to find. We had to go through the construction site to get in and out, which was very uncomfortable. convenient.
