I have never lived in such a wild homestay.
From Chongzuo South Station, take the Internet and take a car to the mountains. The high sugarcane fields next to the highway are continuous. The mountains with obvious karst landforms in the distance are continuous. After more than an hour, I arrived at the destination.
The homestay is in the scenic area, and there are few people and quiet. There are a lot of peacocks in the free-range. Probably the peacocks here are in a good mood, and the number of screens is much greater than in the zoo. Suddenly I heard the sharp scream and was shocked. I looked up and found that the sound was a peacock standing tall on the tree in front of me.
In the evening, insect watching in the morning. I planned to stay for three nights, but I couldn't help the baby's repeated requests and extended it to five nights. Thank you very much, Mr. Deng, the owner of the hotel, took us to see the bugs for five nights. We went to the small woods, the wetland, the mountains of the nearby villages, and the caves. Every day, there were surprises. Teacher Deng is very familiar with the nearby grass and wood, very patient to explain to the baby, we have seen many insects that were originally seen in the map. The baby came back to carefully list the insects and reptiles and amphibians that I saw on this insect-watching trip. In the winter of low temperature, I saw more than 60 kinds. Birds and plants have not had time to list...
The restaurant in the hotel is also delicious. We like to eat fake scorpion leaves and mountain yellow leather leaves. The way to eat leaves with meat is so magical ～
During the day, I went to the nearby village to hike. The surrounding area of the village was full of sugarcane fields. The fields that had been collected were covered with thick sugarcane skins, and my feet were soft. The fellow was collecting sugarcane, and I walked over to see it at a close distance and found that the sugarcane was more than three meters high. The Zhuang fellows were very enthusiastic, and asked us to stop and watch, and they would ask us if we wanted to eat sugarcane. The first time I ate the fresh sugarcane in the field, it was so sweet and sweet.
Five days and one blink of an eye, the baby asked me if I could stay for two more days. Unfortunately, I don't have time this time, come back next year.
*The only downside is that the room on the mountain is a bit high, and the steps are a bit slippery after the rain. If this can be improved, it will be perfect!
