6月16號晚單人入住，大概晚上23點左右入睡，睡前我的床頭燈是開着的，個人習慣，但是半夜蚊子多，又被熱醒，大概是凌晨2點30左右，我一睜眼是全黑的，我還以為酒店工作人員把燈關了，沒想到是我的房間停電了，我開門出去一看，走廊和其他地方都是正常的，就我的房間是沒電，然後下樓要求換房，前台還説要找電工師傅確認是不是有問題才能換，我心裏一萬匹***，這是什麼酒店啊，好在最終還是換了房，但是直到退房也沒有工作人主動給我道歉或者優惠什麼的，真是體驗感超級差的一次入住，可謂是午夜驚魂，不知道其他人有沒有類似經歷

服務態度好，酒店大堂很豪華，設施齊全，前台服務好，辦理入住快，房間乾淨整潔，床很軟很舒服，客房衞生乾淨，洗澡舒服，停車場很大方便停車，洗衣服方便，烘乾機方便，值得推薦！

這次入住皇家信翔酒店體驗感超好，大堂很氣派房間採光和隔音都很好，前台工作人員服務態度熱情，辦理入住時主動介紹周邊美食和景點，被子很輕很舒服，總之很滿意，來龍州出行的最佳選擇！

每次出差首選的酒店！！！對比了很多家，還是果斷選擇這家，環境簡直無與倫比。有一種古色古香的感覺，酒店的床很舒服，有一種家的感覺，酒店內部的裝飾也很考究，大堂寬敞明亮，內飾帶着一種低調而奢華的美感，每個角落都一塵不染，讓人感覺格外舒適。

這次是來酒店喝喜酒順便入住這家酒店，體驗感非常不錯！從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，我就被這裏優雅的環境吸引。大堂豪華明亮，兩面牆都是很大的落地玻璃，房間的設施傢俱是木質的，每一個細節都透露出高品質和用心。衞生方面打掃得乾乾淨淨，工作人員服務都熱情周到，不管是環境、設施、衞生還是服務，這家酒店都做得無可挑剔，下次有機會我還會入住這家酒店，值得推薦入住。
