整體感覺跟品牌不匹配。前台小姑娘態度不錯，但是沒有主動給我們種子門票，我去討要了才給，歡迎水果也沒有事先擺在房間，也是我去討要了才有，那個文創禮物是討要了也説沒有了，據説是國慶節送完了🙄衞生間的化粧鏡，裝的最起碼有1米6高，也不能旋轉，搞不懂我們女性都已經有這麼高了嗎？還有就是裝修味道特別重，開着陽台門和窗，眼睛和喉嚨都吃不消。衞生間的垃圾桶裏還有垃圾。最最奇怪的是，一次性的牙刷，感覺是被藏起來的，房間裏裝了很多的抽屜，洗漱台上也有專門放牙刷的地方，一個一個抽屜拉開找了之後才找到。我們浙江省一直在推崇綠色出行，減少一次性用品的使用，我們都能理解，哪怕在前台自取也比這個要方便一點。
