房間衞生可以，有智能語音助手，開關燈\窗簾等都非常方便，喊一下小為就行。 應該是剛裝修的，風格簡單乾淨，周圍也很熱鬧，出行逛街都很方便。 停車也是就是樓下，還有幾個專門提供電車充電的車位，有人看管，專門留給需要的車主，不會被佔用，非常貼心。
