清水灣不是第一次住了，一般去龍遊不是清水灣就是雷迪森，這次住清水灣體驗很差，首先客房房門不太好打開，地毯多處破爛發黴，浴室淋浴水比較小，第一次住酒店發現一張床只有一個枕頭，一般都會有兩個枕頭，早餐品種少，食物不太好吃，比如發糕底部都是僵硬的，炒麪非常硬，還有客人在取餐處發現蟑螂，總體來説，體驗非常差

清水灣酒店的整體環境，已經是越來越差，一樓大堂一股火鍋味！外面下雪，室內空調噪音大而且吹冷風，馬桶是壞的，早餐搬到了19樓的走廊過道，食品種類可以用搞笑來形容（少的可憐）

不明白這個四星怎麼評的，可能是很久以前的。非常老，根本不可能是2018年裝修的。服務員都説10幾年沒裝修了。本來以為只是裝修老式一點也沒關係。結果：1、淋浴的蓮蓬頭水全部順着管子往下流，跟瀑布似得。2、沒有熱水，打電話去問，説還在燒，娃等不及洗澡睡著了，早上8點起來也沒有熱水…3、定的江景房，結果一個小小的窗户外面全是房子，要爬到飄窗上往背後看才能看到江。4、吹風機第一次用衹能出很小的風，還是冷的，第二次按直接不出聲不出風了。5、冰箱沒用的，直接就沒插電，也找不到插頭插。叫服務員來問，直接説沒用的，説10幾年了的冰箱還能有啥用。6、衞生裝修這些都不較真了，整一個擺爛式經營。7、攜程上會員享升級服務，前台説不知道。跟攜程客服溝通，客服幫忙前後溝通了半小時。最後無奈得告訴我酒店不願意免費升級，要付費升級，但付費升級也只是給我換一個高點的樓層。最後攜程説給我退2晚100塊的權益費。給攜程點贊，非常積極解決問題。給酒店差評。
