From the warm reception upon arrival to the meticulous cleaning of the room, every detail reflects the professional level. The rooms are spacious and bright, with modern facilities and excellent maintenance, and the bedding is as comfortable as a five-star hotel. The breakfast is rich in variety, the ingredients are fresh, and the service staff is polite and thoughtful. The geographical location is superior, the surrounding transportation is convenient, but there is no noise interference at all. Special thanks to the front desk for their efficient assistance, which made the trip smoother. The bathroom area of ​​the room has a slight odor but it is within an acceptable range. Environment: The hotel covers a large area, and the rooms are basically scattered in villas. The room we stayed in this time is on the top of the mountain, which requires a hotel shuttle bus to pick you up. You can also walk from the lobby, which takes about 10 minutes. The public area is well greened. Because it is close to nature, the air quality is good and there is the fragrance of grass and trees everywhere. Surrounding facilities: It is located next to the Minjuyuan Garden, not far from the Da Nanmen Scenic Area, and can be reached in less than 20 minutes on foot. There are also railway bridges, museums and other attractions on the way. I personally recommend going to the South Gate at night and visiting the Minjuyuan Garden in the morning. Service: The housekeeper will contact you in advance before check-in, and after check-in, the staff will accompany you to deliver your luggage to the room. When you go to the restaurant to dine, they will ask if the taste is suitable. When you meet in the hotel, they will greet you with a smile. The service can be said to be in place 👍. One point that deducted points was that I specifically asked the housekeeper to clean the room before leaving at 10 o'clock. When I returned to the room two and a half hours later, I found that it had not been cleaned yet. Afterwards, I asked the front desk and they replied that the rooms that had been checked out were cleaned first, so my room that was staying longer had not yet been cleaned. 😅 In general, the surrounding cities are highly recommended for weekend vacations.

一直愛吃龍遊發糕卻沒有真正到過龍遊， 比起衢州， 下面的龍遊低調到幾乎沒有遊客， 卻是座千年小城， 想避開人羣那就説走就走。 🛏房型：庭院大床房，2m大床，有大沙發，可睡成人。端午正巧下雨，在沙發上觀庭院落雨很放鬆。房間硬件不錯，整體風格似意式極簡，搭配着比較出片。 🍲吃：酒店很新，新到餐廳還是預約制，點的小破店外賣，到底還是衢州那味兒—辣，小炒堪比江西，很入味很好吃。早餐廳品種不多，沒有高大上的東西，實用主義能吃飽。另外不怕辣的話，衢州的兔頭、鴨頭、鴨掌、水晶糕、發糕、葱花饅頭等等小吃都很不錯，推薦幾家：東華飯店，鄉村飯店，王阿蓋，眼鏡烤餅，不夠甜（蛋糕）。 🧘🏻♀️玩：1.酒店內沒有小童樂園，幾乎沒有任何小童玩樂的空間，節日應該會有對應主題活動，其實更適合一個人或者情侶，酒店內走走看看植物就很棒，走前我在園子裏采了幾株新鮮迷迭香😜。酒店有個山頂會所，入住送了份下午茶，兩杯飲料外加一點西瓜和堅果，山不高景緻一般，但是陽光好時慵懶的坐一下午也會很舒適。 2.龍遊很小，去哪兒都相對便利，酒店附近步行可達民居苑，是各地遷移而來的民清建築羣，木雕令人驚歎，🎫50/人。駕車五分鐘到大南門歷史文化街區，主要看夜景。龍遊縣博物館就在民居苑旁邊，值得一去。比較知名的龍遊石窟相對別的景點有點距離但也不遠，自駕打車都很便利，這次躺平為主沒有去。 🎃還有幾個小缺陷：房間紗窗沒有安裝，夏日會不便，酒店未設健身房，江濱小道也尚未完工，衹能散步消食，設有泳池但用不了，因為是常温水，比較少見，這個天下水真的非常涼。酒店相對新，完全沒有味道不現實，但可接受，問前台要個凈化器就可以。不是親子酒店，一個人去放空或者情侶去更合適。綜合硬件服務等，性價比很高，值得一住。

新開的酒店，硬件條件超級棒，是正常在江浙得賣一千多的水平的裝修環境。房間設計滿滿藝術風。唯一想建議的就是酒店自己的餐廳，是按照餐標150/200這樣配菜的，但是希望菜單能調整，我們其實會更希望吃到當地的魚類和**。不想吃紅燒肉這些。然後想給管家服務點贊，晚上電視沒法投屏，微信問了之後很快提出解決方案。其他的響應速度也很快。

酒店硬件和設計沒得説，非常非常不錯。但是整體運營團隊屬實有些拉垮了。 下午茶雖然是套餐送的，但是衹有三盤水果，一點點超市稱斤的零食也確實是有點意外。 住了三晚吃到了週日週一週二三天的早餐，週日早餐還好，雖然不多但也夠用。週一週二樣品直接砍半+菜量砍半。如果去晚了，為數不多的菜可能也吃不到了。 另外，我真的是第一次見到酒店咖啡豆斷貨！不是咖啡機裏面用了了沒來得及補，是服務員親口説的斷貨了！是斷貨！ 後面不知道在哪裡拿來半袋，為數不多的客人接完，我們去接的時候已經又提示餘量不足了。 降本增效可以，但是扣搜到這種程度，長見識。 公區很大，泳池有自己單獨的一棟房子，但，沒有健身房！！（泳池上午12點至晚上8點，7點半後不允許進場……）這幾天室外很熱，去郊外或者室外不太現實。三天四晚，沒見到酒店組織任何活動。非常無聊的入住體驗。 我是兩個套餐，1晚庭院精選+2晚庭院大床房一起約的，入住的時候試着溝通（我保證非常非常友善！）能不能統一成庭院大床，這樣中途不用換房，相當於住3晚的其中一晚升一級，也沒有強制要求一定要給我升才行。前台的女士聽到我的訴求之後抵抗到我會以為佔了她個人多大便宜，後來旁邊的女生聽到且理解我的需求，馬上幫忙問經理，經理立馬同意，第一位女士依舊很抗拒+帶臉色地給我辦完入住流程。在我實名投訴後，前台經理有來道歉並友善溝通。本來以為這位女士衹是個例，但是這幾天住下來發現可能不是，第一位機靈的女孩和後面的男經理才是例外，看起來大部分員工都沒有同級別酒店從業經驗或者從業過但可能能力一般。 整體感受很割裂，硬件上能感受到酒店的大手筆。運營上不管是員工數量、員工素質還是餐飲質量，都能感覺到這家酒店的捉襟見肘。 總結：如果是買到房券，可住。目前的服務水平，日曆價就算了……

房間很大，沙發很特別也很舒服，裝修的風格、色調還有燈具都很喜歡。很安靜，可以好好的休息。服務也很好，特別表揚教手工的小姐姐，講話很温柔小朋友很喜歡。唯一有點遺憾的是泳池，即使户外將近40度高温，但是泳池水因為沒有陽光照射過還是很冷，小孩子試了下接受不了。不能游泳的話，入住期間能玩的就沒什麼了。
