Facilities: old, not fully equipped, not in line with this star rating or price at all, not even a laundry room!
Hygiene: Dirty, water stains

非常滿意的一次體驗！雖然設施略顯陳舊，但整潔度、服務水準、酒店環境還是比較滿意。出了酒店，就是中央蘇維埃政府金融街，門口的閩南蘇維埃政府廣場正播放着電影，真的穿越一般。點贊！

乾淨衞生交通便利有免費停車場在老市區辦事，這個酒店是為數不多的選擇，比較老的酒店設施老舊，勝在地理位置優越酒店門口有肯德基辛巴克，離幾個龍巖老牌小吃步行即可到達。

賓館位置很好，停車方便，房間乾淨衞生，安靜舒適，服務周到熱情，老牌酒店，6號樓還不錯，金融街步行街都很方便，早餐也比較豐富，門口星巴克煲仔飯都不錯，本想嚐嚐午餐，但剛好有婚宴，下次去龍巖還會入住！

房間比較寬敞，但是裝修老式不説，設備也比較陳舊，作為龍巖最具代表性的公務接待酒店，確實有點落伍了。服務方面感覺有點參差不齊，幾個年輕的小姑娘都挺好，有親和力，但是個別年紀大一些的在諮詢迴應方面略有些硬梆梆

的確是龍巖最好的賓館但有更高的樓層又答應了安排最高樓層到了又沒有安排。雖然還是不錯的房間但是能更好不是讓人更加開心嗎。也許是最後一次來龍巖呢？或者體驗好還會再來呢。樓下餐廳出品比較失望。
