During the Spring Festival, the hotel was not sure where to stay after checking out, not to mention the power outage in the middle of the night when everyone was half-bathed. There were more than 500 standard rooms with average facilities and poor environment. It was difficult to take a shower. People couldn't finish washing, there was no hot water, and there were multiple power outages. Of course there were complaints. Why!
