Wanhwa Crown Hotel

This is the second time staying at this hotel~ it is probably a must stay hotel every time you come to Longyan. The location of the hotel is really good. It's on Longyan Avenue. Just go to the business section to get things done. It takes less than ten minutes to take a taxi from the train station. The breakfast variety is slightly less, but the local characteristics are still outstanding. This experience was very bad. It was the beginning of the bad experience from the beginning of check-in. The requirement that the two rooms are adjacent to each other has been noted during the booking. The hotel entered the parking fee-free computer operation process of entering the license plate information for the occupant guest's vehicle. The input error caused the guest to pay the parking fee. After the guest communicated with the guest, the solution was delayed. There is no refrigerator in the room you are staying in. The room facilities information when booking clearly shows that there is a refrigerator. What's more serious is that the room you check in is seriously inconsistent with the content of the room booked on the platform. The area is shrinking, the room facilities are shrinking, and the hotel is present when displaying room information. Misleading and fraud, failing to provide basic integrity services, and when guests questioned, the hotel management did not provide a sincere attitude and plan to solve the problem. Summary This stay was a very, very unpleasant experience.

酒店位於龍巖市政府對面金融商業街附近，交通方便，酒店餐飲服務不錯。雖然與洲際等其他專業五星級酒店有差異，但是在龍巖這樣革命老區這個價格這個服務很滿意！

第一天定的城景大床，酒店也沒説，直接給你升級房型，然後酒店隔音特別差，放炮吵的沒法睡，都睡到下午，續房就直接按照升級的房型讓續房！真的坑！400多變500多，第三天變700多！實在吵，樓上房間移個椅子都聽的清清楚楚，按了勿擾，服務員在你睡覺時直接開門進來。垃圾酒店！真的垃圾，房間到處發黴，破損！大家真的慎住！ 隨便拍了幾個照片，大家看吧！

春節期間從汕頭返程浙江臨時改道龍巖，正月潮州、廈門的房價離譜，相同的價格龍巖可以住星級酒店了，萬華就非常好！位置在龍巖市政府邊上，晚上坐在房間還能欣賞人民廣場的煙花，早餐也不錯！大力推薦！
