In the past, my friends helped me book the room. I stayed there so many times and never felt that the bedding was unclean. But this time, my face was allergic after one night's sleep. I was really helpless.

The service attitude is very good, the room is spacious and bright, the bathroom is large, and I like the dry and wet separation. The lake view room is very quiet, with a wide view, and there is a unique small park. It is very cost-effective

The hotel is in a good location and the room is large. The front desk staff provided good service and helped us change to a room next to each other. However, the carpet in the room was dirty and the lighting was dim. It is recommended to brighten the lighting.

On the first day, I booked a king-size bed with a city view. The hotel didn't tell me and directly upgraded the room type. Then the hotel's soundproofing was very poor. The noise from the cannons was so loud that I couldn't sleep. I slept until the afternoon. When I extended the room, I was directly allowed to stay in the upgraded room type! It's really a rip-off! More than 400 became more than 500, and more than 700 on the third day! It was so noisy that I could hear it clearly when I moved a chair in the room upstairs. I pressed the Do Not Disturb button, and the waiter opened the door and came in when you were sleeping. Rubbish hotel! Really rubbish, the room was moldy and damaged everywhere!
